Over the weekend my basement flooded due to tree roots blocking up in our line. After dealing with insurance, they sent out Juan Salas and his team from Belfor. They were kind, professional, and kept the clean up as tidy as they could. Hopefully I never have to need them again, but if I do, I’m calling Juan.
A reverse osmosis water system canister burst on the top floor of our home while we were on vacation. 15,000 gallons of water running throughout our entire home over a 44 hour period destroyed over half of our home’s kitchen, walls and flooring. Very disappointed with the response. We sent a request for a bid for a fix for a damaged car port for our property and received the bid by Garrett. We also asked for a bid for the job using a different type of material to see if there was a difference. Garett informed us that to receive a secondary bid we would need to sign an agreement to hire them, which is a reasonable request in their part. After my basement flooded, I came into contact with Belfor through my insurance company. Freddy and Pedro (from Belfor) made my life easier and less stressful. They were quick to respond and communicate. They were very conscious of our needs, we were able to still go on our planned vacation and Freddy was accommodating.
