We had a flood in our laundry room which went down to the basement and caused extensive damage. Scott Honke, Manager of Belfor in Sarnia was at our home immediately. He was very organized and had fans set up promptly. Trades people were very pollite and removeed their shoes and kept us up to date on what to expect. My basement flooded, insurance contacted Belfor. Belfor Sarnia was so great to work with. They called my very quickly after my insurance company reached out. The people I dealt with were professional and courteous. They always returned my emails ASAP. Everything they dealt with was went smoothly.
We had a major storm that caused a flood in our finished basement at the end of May. As soon as I talked to my insurance company, Belfor called us minutes later to set up a plan. Despite having hundreds of other houses to deal with that day they still made sure they made it to us to start the emergency clean up. Every member of the team was very professional and courteous. The project assistant, Jessica, gave me her cell phone and email right away so communication was very easy. Great experience all around!
Terrific Service! Scott and his crew were polite, courteous and extremely helpful through a tough time. Having dealt with a competing restoration company recently (and receiving terrible service and treatment) Belfor provided a welcomed change. Scott and his crew answered all of our questions and gave us a reasonable quote for the work. His team efficiently and carefully packed and moved our treasured belongings. Belfor was at my home an hour after calling my insurance company, I had a sump pump failure, causing flooding in my basement. The crews that came into my home were very professional, friendly, efficient, and mindful of my dogs. Belfor also took on my basement repairs with the same quality of service as the clean up, with excellent quality of work.
