Home fire in October 2021. It has been a night mare. First crew did poor work . Didn’t know how to Paint Knott pine wood. Home is a log cabin. Didn’t start gutting entire home until Han 2022. Never worked a full week and hire others like plumbers/ electricians who were Sub standard. It is now almost July. Home is still not retired. A home could have been built from ground up by now. They were hired by my HOA to clean up water damage. They did not pull everything that was wet the first time they came to demo. I had to call the office to force them to complete the demo 2 weeks after the leak. It is going to take forever to get back into your place. They do not respond to calls or emails. They do not tell you what is going on throughout the process either. The subcontractors they hired used my place as a staging area, lunch room, and bathroom while they worked on other units.
