Gary, Lamar, Randy and the team did an excellent job helping us out after our basement flooded due to a leaking sprinkler. The incident happened right as we were leaving town to go on vacation and Gary was awesome about communicating with us even while he was on his own vacation. You always hope you don't run into a situation where you need to hire these guys, but they were top notch throughout the whole process.
We had a waterline in refrigerator break. It took Belfor over 5 months to restore. They had to replace small amount of sheetrock on two floors, paint, and refinish kitchen hardwoods. In the process they did not removed wet carpet pad, damaged our carpet, permanently gouged our hardwood floors, damaged door jam to front door just to name a few things.
