I live at Solaris key apartments. It had water damage. They came to fix it. It was over two months ago. Last week they told me: we will fix the plumbing and then clean your apartment. No one has visited here in a week and a half. My plumbing was not connected and pretty sure they forgot about me. I told maintenance here and they said it looks like they forgot to finish. They also said they would clean my floors. My floor has white paint all over it from them doing the repair and it was not cleaned. No one has been here ... read more

So far.....amazing!!!!! 8th floor water leak that affected 100 potential tenants yesterday (2/20/24). On site immediately.....worked til approx 11 pm cleaning at least 7 apartments of excess water. Back at 9am with a full crew to start the REAL clean up. This will take weeks to fix, but this company has, so far, really stepped up for this 55+ community. Thank you so much for taking care of us.❤️

9 months to get this done was way to long. Andrew was the only saving grace on this one. the Subcontractors need to be evaluated especially the cabinet company they were the main reason this was held up so long.

Had them come in to do work for water damage and possible mold remediation as was confirmed by the first company that came to do the dry out. When they filed the report they were charging me to paint. I asked if I could do the painting myself to save money and had $139 deducted from the price. After the work was done I asked why no drywall was replaced and was told it didn’t need to be. When inspection team came in they found mold. The same mold that was there from the start. Thank you so much Sarah, Sarah Dunleavy, as the contractor for my rebuild, was an absolute rockstar! I had water damage and mold in my kitchen, and she handled everything perfectly. I got overwhelmed and stressed at times, due to the situation, and she was able to talk or chat with me, at any time of the day. Her dedication to her job and the service she offered was top quality.
