Justin: from day one Justin was extremely professional. He was mindful to our feelings and very respectful of our possessions. Thus far he is responsive and makes himself available when needed. The workers he supervised were very quick and clean. Each day the demo crew left a clean worksite. We recently experienced a flood in our home. I am grateful that our insurance company contacted Belfor to manage the remediation. Wes and his entire team were great to work with. Because of their fast and expert response we avoided mould and saved our hardwood floors. I would not hesitate to recommend Belfor.

Belfor Property Restoration was in charge of our condo repairs after a heavy storm flooded our unit. All of our hardwood floors were to be replaced as well as carpet cleaned. Not only was communication poor between their staff, but so was the craftsmanship of the work when it was completed. This resulted in their crews having to come back 3 times to fix/replace both the hardwood floors and carpet. The crews also showed up late costing us time and money being away from work.
