I cannot recommend Jocelyn and the team at Belfor enough! When my upstairs neighbor's sink failed, it caused significant flooding that damaged my ceiling, drywall, and flooring throughout my entire condo right before I was set to leave for South America for over two months. BELFOR did an exceptional job restoring my Guest room and Garage, which resulted from a broken water line in the Guest room flooding the whole top floor and garage below. There was a lot of restoration required... replacing the flooring, replacing wall insulation, painting walls, restoring bathroom cabinetry.
