I have worked with Dakota multiple times on different projects for our properties. He is extremely reliable and my first call when we need restoration services. Belfor will get the job done and take care of their clients at the same time. They also know how to work with your insurance company which helps alleviate stress when a disaster occurs. Our father in law had a house fire in late November 2023. This was a complete devastation to the inside of the home. Phil and Joe from BELFOR were unbelievably helpful. They worked with our family, to produce a plan and did an absolutely beautiful job redoing the home. The fire started in the attic, that all had to be replaced to include the wiring and insulation, new heating and a/c unit. They had to rewire the entire home along with new flooring and paint.
