Sorry, a little late getting around to this review, but most certainly recommend BELFOR. We had a dishwasher flood; wasn't pretty. Fortunately for us, these great people (along with their trusted sub-contractors) did a wonderful job putting everything back in order. Now our basement looks fantastic. Very pleased. Two thumbs up!
Our basement flooded 2 weeks ago and our insurance company recommended Belfor. Neil, the project manager and his crew of Robbie, Zack, Brody, Chris and Crystal have provided speedy, thorough and professional service. Great communication. From meeting Eric to meeting Paul T. and every worker in between, working with Belfor Restoration was a positive experience. They took care of it all. Each team specializes in one area of the restoration. Furniture was wrapped in plastic and stored in a storage box. Glasses were wrapped in bubble wrap. Everything came back in perfect condition. Byron and some help by Mario did a great job restoring our backroom after Matt's crew from Bricetin Concrete dug out and put in a block foundation under the backroom as it was previously built on old deck 4x4 posts.
There was a storm, quick but fierce on Sunday, May 19th, Victoria weekend, where a big branch from my tree fell on the roof into the garage missing the inside by inches. By the Tuesday Neil and his gang from Belfor took over. Boom, boom, boom, someone was here all the time.
