Our very first insurance claim and it was a very poor experience. No final resolution, the project manager simply refused to return calls. Definitely not interested in helping the claimant. Would not recommend Belfor, particularly Lyle.
These people will lie to their teeth. Lyle and Samantha are the worst project managers. They never reply to my calls. They have lied about waiting for approval from the insurance when everything is approved by the insurance. I've been waiting for months to get things done in my house. They keep lying to me about approval when everything is approved. This has been the worst service by far. I can't believe they still have a rating of 3 on Google. It should be 0. I woke up to a flooded basement, panicking I called Belfor, booked an appointment and Sara the General manager herself came by a few hours after my call. Although I realized I has not insured, I was provided with advice, a step by step plan and we did the work ourselves. Without this professional prompt advice I would of not known what to do at all. Sara made us feel so relieved, even called me back a month later for a follow up which I was shocked. Great company!!!
Marcio was a wonderful project manager to work with during the restoration of our church basement. The tradespeople whom worked on the project were all very good. We are very happy with Belfor’s services
