This company gets a 5+ from me. The price was about 40% less that a popular competitor, and for 3 days longer than the other guys. The machine delivered was a new machine, performed well and suited the purpose for which we rented it. From the first call to the pick up after the rental period the process was seamless. Thanks For being a company with value and integrity.
The equipment is top notch. The machines are always clean and ready to go. And they make it very easy to set up your rental online or on the phone. I personally went online on a Tues afternoon and set up my rental starting that Friday! Talk about last minute. They delivered on-time just like they said they would. My only issue is with the delivery and pick up cost$$$$. A year ago it was $125 each way. ($250 round trip) I thought that was a little pricey. Now its $175 each way! Do not use. They try to rip you off every chance they get. Use anyone else. Home Depot is better. Trying to charge me a fee for a bent rim on a lift when they did it. Scam alert. I rented 4 lifts and spent over $100,000 with them this past year and they want to collect additional money. Sad they have to try to screw people and try to make money that way. I rented two pieces of equipment from them. They sent the wrong forklift. Took 3 days for them to swap out and charged me for another delivery. They agreed to refund. Instead they charged for another delivery. They refunded one delivery. I’m still waiting on the original refund. Foreign customer service. Impossible to communicate with.
This was my first time using them and i can say that i would use them again. We needed to rent a forklift and pallet jack for a job in Tennessee. Our initial conversations were nice and effective but as time went on, the service he provided went down. The communication was also very difficult. The forklift did make it there but outside of the allotted time and i had to pay more for the delivery guy to wait. It was a last minute order and the cost reflected that.
