Brian, our technician, was very polite and courteous. He knocked on our door at the beginning of the service and told us what he was going to do. No complaints, only compliments from us.

I really like that BOG always lets you know when they are on site. Jena, like the other team members, was very personable and informative. They leave complete details on what is addressed during their visits. It allowed me the opportunity to discuss my questions and address specific concerns. Jena addressed all we discussed and went beyond in noticing additional details.
My tech, Adam, was extremely courteous! He patiently answered all of my questions. When he didn’t know the answer, he offered to elevate the issue to someone more experienced.
