We havent been a customer even 90 days and My wife just lost a entire shift of wages due to Bluepeaks inability to service there own equipment. I understand that weekend might bring limited availability but when starting a new ISP I would have hoped they would have made sure they were equipped to handle a potential customers outage... I was wrong and in turn my Wife is out a full days wages with the only consolation being we might get prorated on our bill. Worst experience with a service provider I’ve ever had. First, they claimed my appointment was never scheduled on their end when I had order confirmation via email. Called them and even went to their office just to have them reschedule a week later. Mind you, I just moved into my new home and work part time from home. After they finally installed their equipment the connection I was terrible and will not even run laptops/phones or consoles. I highly discourage anyone from going with Bluepeak internet. Scheduling the install was a nightmare and the installers were not very knowledgeable. The first installer told me it couldn’t be installed with overhead cables and that the line would need to be dug. The next person who came to install it underground said it had to be done with the overhead cables. Finally, on the third time they got it installed (using the overhead cables). The first couple months the internet was fine but started getting slow and not connecting... read more
Not very impressed. We’ve experienced multiple outages and When we were talking with the sales team we were told it would be $55 monthly for our plan. Yet im finding my self paying $75 a month for a plan that states it’s $55. I figured there was other fees but there was no transparency even when I asked. Looking at swapping over to a more reputable source soon
