After having my fiber cut by a contractor, the Blue Peak Customer Service Desk apologized but stated it could take 3-5 business days to get a tech out to repair it. About 20 minutes after the call ended with the customer support desk, I received a call from the dispatcher stating the repair technician would be out the following day to repair my fiber connection. The technician arrived on time and in an extremely fast and efficient manner replaced my fiber. One week later the trenching team arrived and trenched the fiber. ... read more

The service is great and the installation was seamless and completed by professional and competent techs. However, Bluepeak tightly controls your network and won’t allow for changing how NAT works. This prevents me from hosting video game sessions with my friends. When I reached out to support they told me I would need a business account to be able to manage my own network. So not a problem for most people but unfortunately I will need to find a new ISP.

Blue peak has generally been great. However there were some surprise fees that I was never informed of and because I didn't know my balance got crazy expensive. I wound up talking to four different employees on the phone and when discussing my bill, only one of them mentioned the unknown extra fees. My experience has always been great with them but after my last phone call with them I'm disappointed in their customer service. They are supposed to be better than spectrum, not just as bad. Was promised seamless transition. Over a month into the transfer still have not resolved issues from initial set up. Service Rep was a nightmare to deal with was unaware of what different packages provide what services. Failed to do any initial implementation in the practice before switch over despite our office hounding them about set up. Service techs showed up for install and sat outside till we went to lunch than left stating we were not at office. Service techs leave cords laying all around and after one windy day... read more

I like Bluepeak its works great. The service is top notch. All our devices run at top speed with no drag. It did take them longer than quoted to come finish the burying of the line. The installation tech was polite and explained everything so well.
