Been an outage since 9 PM last night, and they have not worked on it whatsoever. No updates No messages since 9pm last night. called in to try to get a credit because I cannot work and bluepeak has been made aware before the service was installed. Called to get updatess and to get a credit was offered $80, and then $50 was added to my account. Asked why the $80 was not added the manger hung up on me. I would give 0 stars if I could. When I switched to Bluepeak I took time off work for the installation, however no one showed for our scheduled appointment. Then when I called to reschedule, I was told that I would not be able to participate in the 5 year price lock promo that was avaible at the time of my first appointment. After speaking to management they agreed to honor my original quote. I was told that my bill would be $45 a month for 5 years. We've had Bluepeak for 2 years now and its been wonderful. We have a large family, 4 kids on computers or gaming, us watching tv, no lag or glitches! Not only our actual service but anytime I have a question, I can call or chat with someone. Recently I needed to make a change to my account and I just dropped by my local office in Cheyenne without an appointment and they quickly updated my information. This sounds simple, right? First install was scheduled for Oct 4th, 2 weeks wait. Ok they are busy. I received 4 text messages confirming appointment time and date. The technician comes on the 4th and said he can't do anything because "no box on building". He calls a manager and said if I reschedule for Oct 7th "no matter what" install would happen. A new technician shows up today with same excuse, no box on building. I now refuse to to any business with bluepeak. Customer service is garbage.
The service (home WiFi) is very reliable. The billing system causes a bit of confusion though. And when I transferred service from one apartment to the other IN THE SAME BUILDING, literally across the hall, they charged me an extra $31. Also, when I called to transfer service, I specifically asked the representative who answered whether my account with my paperless option and automatic payment setup would automatically be transferred as well and she assured me it would.
