Blue Peak really needs to train their salespeople better. I was letting my dog out and a man in a high vis vest spotted me from down the street (over three buildings down the street). I was taking my dog inside and this man followed me from down the street into my apartment building. I had closed the door and have a clear no soliciting sign on it. After I had a bad experience with one of their competitors in town, I made the switch and never looked back! The service is fantastic. The installation tech was friendly and helpful. I have not had any issues with the service since I had it installed a few months ago. These guys are worth the switch!
We’ve had BluePeak internet since late August 2025. We continue to be very satisfied with this service. We have had no service outages. We called BluePeak on one occasion with an issue and were very satisfied with the customer service. I would recommend BluePeak to anyone!
Incredibly fast internet, absolutely love it. But my god this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had to schedule installation 3 times, 1st time they didn't have the router, second time they say we don't have a "neighborhood distribution box", 3rd time I'm told we don't need a distribution box and he can just run the cable from the wire to my house, all this took 4ish weeks to finally get installed and set up. I'm now trying to get blue peak installed for my tenants and I'm told they can't run th... read more
