I highly discourage anyone from going with Bluepeak internet. Scheduling the install was a nightmare and the installers were not very knowledgeable. The first installer told me it couldn’t be installed with overhead cables and that the line would need to be dug. The next person who came to install it underground said it had to be done with the overhead cables. Finally, on the third time they got it installed (using the overhead cables). Our service, once it was finally put in, has been amazing. Sales representative Lanielle went above and beyond to help me get my services installed, as well as the customer service representative are wonderful to work. So happy to have changed to Bluepeak.
Not very impressed. We’ve experienced multiple outages and When we were talking with the sales team we were told it would be $55 monthly for our plan. Yet im finding my self paying $75 a month for a plan that states it’s $55. I figured there was other fees but there was no transparency even when I asked. Looking at swapping over to a more reputable source soon
This is my first time writing a positive review for an internet provider. Bluepeak is by far the best internet provider I’ve had. Our service is fast, reliable and 25% cheaper than I’ve paid with other companies. But it’s their customer service that exceeded my expectations. A couple weeks after my service was set up there was an outage that resulted in my service not restoring. I called customer service preparing for a battle to get my service back in a timely manner. We signed up early for the service. A representative came out, walked us through the process, marked our back yard with flags for where the line would be placed. They stated since the line would be placed underground they would be sending someone to mark for water lines, power lines and such. When the gentleman came here never marked the yard for any lines.
