I would give 0 stars if I could. When I switched to Bluepeak I took time off work for the installation, however no one showed for our scheduled appointment. Then when I called to reschedule, I was told that I would not be able to participate in the 5 year price lock promo that was avaible at the time of my first appointment. After speaking to management they agreed to honor my original quote. I was told that my bill would be $45 a month for 5 years. Installation was easy and the Tech was very knowledgeable, courteous and tidy. When it came to burying the cable into the ground the team was just as polite and professional as the original tech. It's nice to also receive timely notices of work in the area and possible outages that more than what I received while a Spectrum customer. Thanks Bluepeak.
The service is great and the installation was seamless and completed by professional and competent techs. However, Bluepeak tightly controls your network and won’t allow for changing how NAT works. This prevents me from hosting video game sessions with my friends. When I reached out to support they told me I would need a business account to be able to manage my own network. So not a problem for most people but unfortunately I will need to find a new ISP.
After having my fiber cut by a contractor, the Blue Peak Customer Service Desk apologized but stated it could take 3-5 business days to get a tech out to repair it. About 20 minutes after the call ended with the customer support desk, I received a call from the dispatcher stating the repair technician would be out the following day to repair my fiber connection. The technician arrived on time and in an extremely fast and efficient manner replaced my fiber. One week later the trenching team arrived and trenched the fiber. ... read more
I originally had another service when I first moved to Wyoming. It was horrible. I switched to Blue Peak and have never had any issues. They're customer service is great. I've stopped in their local office a few times with questions and they've always been polite, professional and informative.
