Installation was timely and the connection was installed exactly where I wanted it, altough I had to run the cable through a closed-in area of the house as they clearly told me I would be responsible for up front. Extremely happy with the internet connection which was often not working so well with Spectrum. And I had to be constantly reconnect my computer to Spectrum internet after most inactive periods.

After I had a bad experience with one of their competitors in town, I made the switch and never looked back! The service is fantastic. The installation tech was friendly and helpful. I have not had any issues with the service since I had it installed a few months ago. These guys are worth the switch!

We’ve had BluePeak internet since late August 2025. We continue to be very satisfied with this service. We have had no service outages. We called BluePeak on one occasion with an issue and were very satisfied with the customer service. I would recommend BluePeak to anyone!

Incredibly fast internet, absolutely love it. But my god this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had to schedule installation 3 times, 1st time they didn't have the router, second time they say we don't have a "neighborhood distribution box", 3rd time I'm told we don't need a distribution box and he can just run the cable from the wire to my house, all this took 4ish weeks to finally get installed and set up. I needed an update to my system, you know how technology advances so fast. We'll the up date and service is just as fast. I have had numerous company's grappling for my business, but I'm not changing. A very fair price, exceptional service and reliable. Thanks Blue Peak
