After I had a bad experience with one of their competitors in town, I made the switch and never looked back! The service is fantastic. The installation tech was friendly and helpful. I have not had any issues with the service since I had it installed a few months ago. These guys are worth the switch!
I live out north of town. They are currently running fiber optic and their contractors drove all over through my field. Trespassing all over my property. They ended up getting stuck with a trailer. Ripped up everything. Left garbage everywhere. They dont care about staying in the ditches or easements. I called to complain and not a single person has called me back.
Incredibly fast internet, absolutely love it. But my god this is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had to schedule installation 3 times, 1st time they didn't have the router, second time they say we don't have a "neighborhood distribution box", 3rd time I'm told we don't need a distribution box and he can just run the cable from the wire to my house, all this took 4ish weeks to finally get installed and set up. I needed an update to my system, you know how technology advances so fast. We'll the up date and service is just as fast. I have had numerous company's grappling for my business, but I'm not changing. A very fair price, exceptional service and reliable. Thanks Blue Peak
Blue Peak really needs to train their salespeople better. I was letting my dog out and a man in a high vis vest spotted me from down the street (over three buildings down the street). I was taking my dog inside and this man followed me from down the street into my apartment building. I had closed the door and have a clear no soliciting sign on it.
