This is a little late, about a month ago I got Bluepeak internet, I wanted to share that the guy who did my wiring, Jean-Paul, was amazing. It was the first time letting someone into my new home and he came in like an old friend and treated me as such. He worked swiftly and did excellent work with the wiring and explaining to me how the app works. I highly recommend him to anyone!

I would give 0 stars if I could. When I switched to Bluepeak I took time off work for the installation, however no one showed for our scheduled appointment. Then when I called to reschedule, I was told that I would not be able to participate in the 5 year price lock promo that was avaible at the time of my first appointment. After speaking to management they agreed to honor my original quote. I was told that my bill would be $45 a month for 5 years. Been an outage since 9 PM last night, and they have not worked on it whatsoever. No updates No messages since 9pm last night. called in to try to get a credit because I cannot work and bluepeak has been made aware before the service was installed. Called to get updatess and to get a credit was offered $80, and then $50 was added to my account. Asked why the $80 was not added the manger hung up on me. I switched over to Blue Peak about three months ago. My experience with them has been great. I had an outage due to construction at my house and technical support responded quickly and resolved the problem. I have not experienced any outages since that time. I have talked with both the technical support and customer service teams who have provided me with excellent service. Additionally , I have noticed a considerable decrease in lag time. I would highly recommend them.

Update: A representative from Bluepeak, I believe his name was Dave, contacted me to apologize for the way things went down and promised make it right if I would give them another chance. I agreed and scheduled another service appointment. The technician, Isaiah, arrived promptly the day of my appointment and he was very knowledgeable and professional.
