I'm sick of paying full price for internet that constantly has outages! Not to mention a few months back I called and requested a different modem as ours is old because we have had it for ages and it's slow but when the guy showed up he didn't even have the modem on his truck then we were told it's an extra monthly charge so I said never mind. I'm not going to pay even more money when we didn't pay for our initial modem to begin with for service that barely works anyways. Been customers for 8+ years and not happy.
I have spent the last hour and a half trying to get the service to work because as I am it keeps wanting me to try again This is the worst service I have ever expected Your company owes me money because you are so incompetent. You keep raising prices to improve your service but nothing changes Shame on your POS service.
LIARS! They will dig up the wrong driveway and say they received permission but they never do. They also don't have the proper infrastructure to supply fiber optics. Don't risk getting charged for city and private property roadwork repairs.
I rarely ever have an issue with Bluepeak's service. Their app makes it super easy to restart your router if you ever need it. I've had a much better experience with Bluepeak than I did with Cox Communications when I lived in Omaha, NE.
Had Vast at the time now Bluepeak when I lived in Sioux Falls had zero issues with the internet service that was provided. The amount I was paying actually went down shortly after the Vast/Bluepeak transition. Moved to Yankton and transferred my service to my new address three weeks with zero issues thus far!
