I’ve been a Bluepeak customer for a while, but my recent experience has made it clear I need to switch providers. After losing my job, I fell behind and my internet was shut off for about 12 days. During that time, I had no service, yet Bluepeak still refused to credit me for those days, even though they had already added a late fee of around $15. Contacted customer service regarding a bill change, representative was courteous and things went smoothly
We switched to Bluepeak about 6 months ago and have been very happy with the customer service they provide and super happy with the streaming speed of our internet!
In all my years, I’ve never had better service from Blue Peak than the service Blue Peak has provided me.
It was fine when I first got it hooked up but after each month went on they added more money and a 15 late charge every day but you don't pay your bill
