So far I haven’t had any issues with my service and it’s Bluepeak
10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone, far superior then sparklight and Hillary communications. Little to no drops in service. Excellent speeds, my family and I can all stream at the same time. Unlimited $65 a month compared to $160 I was paying for sparklight. Very happy.
I was pleased with your last tech. When I called, I thought it was your service, but your tech helped me to find out what was the problem. He took the time to check all possibilities that were affecting my service... find out all was good from your side. Then your tech helped me to find out if the problem was my computer, and yes it was. What I want to said is this man helps me to understand where the problem was and realized that my computer was the problem and he helps me how to be tried to be fixed, and I did. I have been using Vast Broadband since about 2009 and since they’ve become Bluepeak. I won’t be changing my dependable service any year soon. I am comfortable with my pricing and very happy with the services overall. I’d also say that the customer service and Tech support meet my needs completely
Vast was early for their internet installation appointment and I couldn't have been happier with the service that I have received from them. Every time that I have had to call with issues, things have been resolved within minutes by very knowledgeable reps who helped me every step of the way. It is a blessing to have Vast in Vermillion now and I am completely satisfied with their service and will be a customer for life.
