I was impressed with the way your representatives stayed in contact with me from the initial sales call, main line installation and interior connection. The quality of the signal is excellent! I wish you carried FOX NEWS CHANNEL and the NEWS FIRST channel. The HISTORY Channel would also be nice.

This has been such an easy experience, the technician was very nice and kept me updated every step of the ways. The internet has been great, super fast and no issues unlike what I had before Highly recommend! ( I have 2gig, as I have a child that uses his computer, phone and tv to game all At the same time and everything works great with no lags)

Love the service, its better than the last provider I had and way cheaper for more speed. When I needed a tech to come out to fix some issues they came out quick. The service tech came back twice in one day cause the first fix didnt work. I recommend BluePeak to everyone I know.

Installation tech was super nice and walked my girlfriend through step by step on how to use the service and app for the internet. I was at work when it was installed but our tech was nice enough to walk her through it all and she was able to understand how to use it. No issues at all out of the service and my internet has been so much better and faster than Fidelity I used to have. Would highly recommend to everyone.

I have had mostly a good experience. I especially like the fact that coverage continues during stormy weather. With satellite coverage is dropped during a light rain. Recently I did have some consistent interruptions. I called and they tried to fix the problem over the phone to no avail. The next morning the tech was here and changed out some equipment and it been working fine since. So I would have to give it an A plus.
