The person sent to bury our cable, came on Saturday morning and didn't hook up the cable correctly. We were without cable and internet for 2 days. Apparently there are no service reps on the weekends in our area. When the service guy came on Monday he was able to get our service up and running. For what we pay for cable and internet, better service should be provided.
After having used Bluepeak Fiber Internet for two years we have experienced no problems. Service is great and internet speed is wonderful. No more buffering. We like the way we are notified by email and text whenever they are experiencing any issues. We have had no outages and are very pleased with the response we have received for any issues or concerns. We have had BluePeak as our internet provider for one year now. This was the best decision we made. Our last internet provider consistently would loose connection for hours at a time . With BluePeak we have never had a connection lost . Bleakpeak has been phenomenal! No complaints here . Even customer service is above and beyond . I am so thankful for BluePeak . Laurie cook
From the initial installation, to finally canceling BluePeak, over repeated outage's, daily and constant buffering, lost WiFi at times, our experience was one of wishing we had not changed service providers, as the previous internet and TV service was far more reliable and dependable. Although technicians would inspect, and verbalize "we hope this solves your problems", it always continued, with no improvement. I have switched back to the previous provider, and life goes on.
I love the service and I loved the installation it was so easy. But the billing was good the first month but I wasn't told what date my bill was due. The cycle of your service is different from your due date and I was going by the cycle date. I called and they helped me to know when the bill was due. They were very helpful. I really do like Blue peak. Very impressed with this company.
