Came to my apartment complex where I had to pull all my s*** out of my closet so they could go ahead and install internet that I didn't ask for and then tried to get me to sign up for a $40 a month deal I told them I was paying $30 and the guy just kept on insisting as if I'm an idiot that it would save me money. I'm pissed that you plugged in a router into an outlet that I am paying for for a couple months. It's only a few bucks, but I can't wait till the class action comes and bites you in your ass.
Their website never works right long enough for me to pay my bill. It consistently forgets my username and password even though I reset it 2 minutes before. Don’t plan on going a whole week without one of those days not having internet for some reason. Then on top of all that they have decided to increase my bill 50 percent. This company only wants your money and will try and screw you over to get it.
I live in Sturgis and where I lived they offered multiple pricing options even a year ago. Now it's either the slowest cheapest plan. Or the most expensive fastest plan. There is zero mid tier like they used to offer. I contacted them and they said those were the only options available, when there even a year ago was multiple options. A few weeks ago I switched to Bluepeak because they were offering 1gig for 20 cheaper than the other company I was with. The guys was like "oh yea great internet, perfect for streaming, no lag, wide coverage area around your home". I should have never left the other company and will be going back. My ring doorbell, right outside my door (about 10 steps away from the modem) cannot even catch the signal. TV, YOU ASK? This is the worst internet service I’ve ever experienced. It was much better when it was VAST. (WAS WITH VAST FOR 6YRS!) Since Bluepeak took over, it’s been awful! Outages happen daily and can last up to 10 hours. This month alone, there have been 10 outages. They send text alerts for every outage, but don’t expect any compensation for the inconvenience.
