I definitely can tell that BluePeak is more customer service oriented than the prior company who provided our service. BluePeak advertised incentives that could lower your monthly rate and actually followed through with them. My bill has not changed in several years and in these economic times, it is very much appreciated! Only thing I can say that would make it better would be updated cable equipment... it can take several "fixes" to get reliable internet connections when a cable is disabled due to wind or ice.
I’ve been impressed with the speed and the value. My experience with the two times I called was favorable and highly recommend them. After being loyal to a different company, I became so disenchanted with them I was super happy with Bluespeak. Still am. Great price, great value for the money, fast and easy to set up.. if your looking try them out.
Installation tech was super nice and walked my girlfriend through step by step on how to use the service and app for the internet. I was at work when it was installed but our tech was nice enough to walk her through it all and she was able to understand how to use it. No issues at all out of the service and my internet has been so much better and faster than Fidelity I used to have. Would highly recommend to everyone.
The price is better than most especially Midco. The service is reliable and stable. The online profile for customers leaves much to be desired. One l HUGE issue I have is I received an email shortly after signing up stating I had a reward coming and was even required to create a profile on the rewards platform. I even received a sorry for the delay email apologizing for taking so long to process my reward. All that just to be told I never had a reward to begin with…. Ummm? Kinda shady to me! I was skeptical of changing providers to Bluepeak. I have had a positive experience with this internet provider.
