Would not recommend. The techs are great! I called Blue peak about my internet speed being low for what I’m paying for. Come to find out they have no way of knowing what they put in your house. They can login to the router to update it but only if you call them. The euros they brag about were outdated. They put 7 new ones because they were reading low WiFi. The techs are amazing. The customer service when trying to get a drop line replaced after a 50ft tree dropped on it is enough to make me go to their competitor. We've been fighting with our Internet for over 2 weeks because they refuse to replace the drop line. Even when the technician is telling them they need to schedule our drop replaced. The first couple months were amazing! No issues, then the power outages and the wind came and we have not stopped having issues…. The techs they send are wonderful, respectful and caring people. We have had Forest and hes so kind, straight forward/transparent and does his best to resolve the issues from his end. Also very dog friendly! I genuinely despise how expensive internet has gotten but that doesn’t seem to be something thats easily controlled with minimal options available. Have had Bluepeak for three months, now. No downtime. Installation was well-done, the tech knew his business. Good, clean speed. Only lack: Bluepeak does not offer -- as they should -- in-house email in Casper, though it appears they do elsewhere.
