I love the service and I loved the installation it was so easy. But the billing was good the first month but I wasn't told what date my bill was due. The cycle of your service is different from your due date and I was going by the cycle date. I called and they helped me to know when the bill was due. They were very helpful. I really do like Blue peak. Very impressed with this company.
We started Blue Peak when they were available in our neighborhood. About a year or more now. We love it. Good price and good service. I have recommended it several times. We were way over paying with service we had before. I’m glad they now have competition. My grandchildren never complain anymore that their games are lagging. Thank you Blue Peak for your good service.
Update: they said that intermittent packet loss up to 25% is totally normal and ok and that everything is operating properly. Thanks support, great minds over there. 0 stars if it was an option. Being a new customer with Bluepeak, there isn't really a lot of history with them yet, however the 2 experiences I had were with customer service, which the representative was very customer oriented and worked to solve my issue that best way that suited me and my needs. I continue to be pleased with Bluepeak as my internet provider. Somewhat recently I contacted Bluepeak to express a concern that my download speed had suddenly slowed down. That same day there were Bluepeak vehicles in the area and my download speeds were back up. Whatever the cause, they responded quickly and all was good again. That’s good service!
