So far BluePeak is meeting all my needs for internet. I called before just to get some information the lady was very nice with all my questions. Couple of days later I created an account on line. The guy who installed it was also very professional, they even had to come back to finish it. There was no mess, the box outside is durable. Took me awhile to figure the billing and the app that goes with the box, but so far I’m very pleased.
We have had the blue peak 2GB plan now for a couple months and are extremely pleased with the plan, signal strength and service we have received. We have roughly 20-25 devices online at one time and never have any problems with the WiFi signal strength. Other than one small hick up with the installation we have had no issues whatsoever and the installation technician handled the install problem running a new line to the house as the original was damaged during install. I was an long time att customer. They continued to rase their rates and kept promising fiber coming soon. With the speed a quality of ATT services dwindling. I was on a search for another service provider. I was approached by one of Bluepeaks representatives and after a long informative discussion I was intreaged. I did some resurch and found other subscribers to Bluepeak with great respect and confidence with the Bluepeak services. There have been several services outages. I have a new, powerful 3.1 modem/router and experience drops of service because of a weak upstream QAM, sometimes several times a day, the TVOIP asks if I'm still watching, changes channels of its volition, the cable box often needs to be unplugged to restore service, Bluepeak even remotely renamed the cable service that appears on the screen without informing me, we've had to have techs come and enter the password because of service interruption, the csr on the phone are polite, the... read more
I have always appreciated how fast BLUEPEAK has been to address my issues. I call or text and fast response. I fat text messages when lines are disrupted and resolved within 15 minutes at the max. I work remotely from home and INTERNET is a must! Last time called the tech and the updated my boxes to give me the best speed! If you are in VYVE country GET BLUEPEAK( more reliable, faster, friendlier , and cheaper!)
