Solid internet, but comes with a router that has a weaker signal than I'm used to. Fantastic price of $50 a month, but then changed it to $55 without notice because I wasn't using ACH. Got it fixed, but only prorated the difference for a previous month. All in all, WAY better than any of the other providers in the Sheridan, WY area. Also, I love that I can talk to a real human when I need to. Would be 5 stars if not for the wimpy router and unannounced fee increase.
First of all they do not bill properly. My first bill I was added a hookup fee which there was nothing about that when I signed up. Then talked to an agent and they stated they would take the install fee off which that did not happen. So ended up having to pay it. Also the price I signed up for was not honored. The service is hit or miss one day it works fine the next day can’t stream anything or it goes super slow. Bluepeak's fiber internet is very good. The reception and speed are excellent. I got in right away when offered in Grand Forks. I pay 75$ a month locked in for 5 years. I can Lower it 5$ if I have them pull from checking account. Customer service is always friendly.
Have been very pleased with BluePeak. Their customer service representatives are always friendly and helpful. We were also very pleased with the man who did our installation. Very polite, informative on the hows and whats we needed to know on usage and Also helpful with instructions on any problems we MIGHT have! (We haven’t had any)!!
The absolute best ISP I've ever experienced. The customer service is top notch. The only thing better is if I was able to work for the company as a Technical Account Manager teaching clients how to get the best usage out of Bluepeak. I love their services that much!
