I have had BluePeak for 7+ years. I have never had a problem with them. My Internet has been good, and when I did have a problem, they came out the next day and fixed the problem. I recently moved, and Bluepeak was there to hook up my service when they said they would be. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I couldn't take my Bluepeak phone service with me, as they don't cover this area for phone service. I recommend Bluepeak for their service and professionalism.

Been with this company a long time. That may soon change if they can’t fix their technical issues! We had service technicians here a number of times with no problems from the house to the pole! Connections were changed twice and levels checked. TV and internet continue to go in and out! Finally found out we weren't the only ones having problems. Hello midconet!

Had some hiccups on the phone trying to get my service installed. Both the technician and the phone receptionist were great on over coming the issue. All were extremely professional and went the extra mile to help out.

Professional service and service technician was on time for appointment. He explained everything for us, set up our tv. Accolades to everyone involved from phone representative to installer! Thank You

Blu peak is the worst they will over charge you anytime they get a chance. They will knock on your door and tell you if you try out their Internet you will get first month free and free installment but you will have to make 3 phone calls in order to make sure you get it & they will still charge your card an insane amount claiming they didn’t know and won’t off no refund just credit on your account they are scammers. So yes get blue peak if you want to pay for 3 months of internet at once
