We have had Blue Peak for a few years now. The service is very good but we have some issues with losing programs while watching and going back to the menu. Shut down does not go on and off with one press of the button. Not sure if we need it looked at or if you can advise us. We are happy with the customer service we receive.

Had autopay set up the whole time I've had service. Somehow they canceled autopay which I didn't notice until my internet was shut off and I was being charged late fees. Already paying way more than its worth for wifi and they want to play games. Customer lost

After signing our contract for service Bluepeak had an installer at our house late the next morning. Installation and his instructions to me only took about 20 minutes total. We now have much better internet service than before at a slightly less monthly charge.

I have had BluePeak for 7+ years. I have never had a problem with them. My Internet has been good, and when I did have a problem, they came out the next day and fixed the problem. I recently moved, and Bluepeak was there to hook up my service when they said they would be. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I couldn't take my Bluepeak phone service with me, as they don't cover this area for phone service. I recommend Bluepeak for their service and professionalism.

Have been a customer of Bluepeak for 4 months. The installation and installer were both professional and pleasant. Service has been flawless and I am a very satisfied new customer. Thank you!
