Took them over a month to get our internet set up right. Then they will make it right by giving us first month free. Then charge us a late fee for first month because they gave us third month free. Everything about this company is a joke. Internet alright, customer service worst of any company I have ever experienced.
So that’s not going to brake by any chance right!? the speed is actually 600 mbps (75 megabytes) the work is so lazy and it’s laying on top of the fence not even screwed to the wall if that even helps.
Attentive staff at the local office. Courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Installation was great and included fiber to my home. Connected, fiber run from the drop in the easement, and fiber buried very quickly and very courteously. I've had one issue that was repaired within hours. The router is great, constantly being updated, and covers my two-story home completely. Price is reasonable and auto pay makes it a set and forget process. When my internet wasn’t working 100%, I called and spoke with a customer service rep. They were polite, very patient with my lack of tech knowledge, and had my internet up and running again. I am very pleased and grateful!
Not consistent with internet speeds. Nearly every afternoon my speed drops substantially and many web pages will not load at all. The next morning, early, they load fine then speed slows and pages quit loading usually about 3:30 P.M. almost like Bluepeak is throttling my service for some hidden reason. 1Gbps subscribed speed slows to sometimes as little as 3-4 Mbps as per Ookla Speed Test.
