Consistently superior service at excellent speed without outages over more than a 2 year period. This is so much better than the two previous providers I have had in my twenty years in the Black Hills. Satisfied customer.

I have had BluePeak for 7+ years. I have never had a problem with them. My Internet has been good, and when I did have a problem, they came out the next day and fixed the problem. I recently moved, and Bluepeak was there to hook up my service when they said they would be. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I couldn't take my Bluepeak phone service with me, as they don't cover this area for phone service. I recommend Bluepeak for their service and professionalism.

Had some hiccups on the phone trying to get my service installed. Both the technician and the phone receptionist were great on over coming the issue. All were extremely professional and went the extra mile to help out.

Been with this company a long time. That may soon change if they can’t fix their technical issues! We had service technicians here a number of times with no problems from the house to the pole! Connections were changed twice and levels checked. TV and internet continue to go in and out! Finally found out we weren't the only ones having problems. Hello midconet!
