We have had Blue Peak for a few years now. The service is very good but we have some issues with losing programs while watching and going back to the menu. Shut down does not go on and off with one press of the button. Not sure if we need it looked at or if you can advise us. We are happy with the customer service we receive.
I've been very pleased with Blue Peak for wifi. Its my Internet for TV, computers, and backup for my phone. No complaints in over 2 years of being a BP customer.
Had autopay set up the whole time I've had service. Somehow they canceled autopay which I didn't notice until my internet was shut off and I was being charged late fees. Already paying way more than its worth for wifi and they want to play games. Customer lost
Technician arrived when promised, took care of the issues professionally and promptly. He was very knowledgeable, personable and kept us apprised of his progress.
Had some hiccups on the phone trying to get my service installed. Both the technician and the phone receptionist were great on over coming the issue. All were extremely professional and went the extra mile to help out.
