Had a tenant that received my permission to have Bluepeak install service to his apartment. Install was terribly done with wire laying bundled and loose along the house not to mention an overhead line that is at risk of clipping cars along the driveway. I have spoken with bluepeak reps on the phone as well as in the property at least 5 times now since September ‘24. James was excellent. He was professional, pleasant, and efficient. He solved my problem with my office computer, and, since I work at home, this was critical. It hadn't been working for weeks.
The technicians were friendly and explain things clearly. I even stopped one n had him change TV for us. He was so kind n heipful.
I was calling about an error on my bill. She was not helpful and wasn’t willing take the time to explain the situation! My service and billing have been messed up since I started with Blue Peak
So that’s not going to brake by any chance right!? the speed is actually 600 mbps (75 megabytes) the work is so lazy and it’s laying on top of the fence not even screwed to the wall if that even helps.
