After signing our contract for service Bluepeak had an installer at our house late the next morning. Installation and his instructions to me only took about 20 minutes total. We now have much better internet service than before at a slightly less monthly charge.
Consistently superior service at excellent speed without outages over more than a 2 year period. This is so much better than the two previous providers I have had in my twenty years in the Black Hills. Satisfied customer.
Blue Peak has always taken very good care of me. They are right there to assist you in the best way that they can. Awesome customer service!
I have had BluePeak for 7+ years. I have never had a problem with them. My Internet has been good, and when I did have a problem, they came out the next day and fixed the problem. I recently moved, and Bluepeak was there to hook up my service when they said they would be. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I couldn't take my Bluepeak phone service with me, as they don't cover this area for phone service. I recommend Bluepeak for their service and professionalism.
