Customer service is fantastic! I've only had one issue and they solved it right away and gave me a great deal. The techs are great too. Nice humans, prompt service, and were respectful of my time and property. Also their prices can't be beat. (I have 1gig internet only) I would definitely recommend.
Signed up in September 2024, when available they contacted me right away and set an install time. Installer notified me he was going to be late that day, appreciate greatly that I was notified. Install went quick and smooth. Installer walked me through the setup which was easy and painless. Excellent results ! Noticeably faster than cable and less expensive as well. Thumbs up to Bluepeak !!!
Only had them since the end of August 2024. It's now only the beginning of November and have had nothing but problems with this company. I've been overcharged, I've had late fees that shouldn't have been, and no one seems to communicate with anyone else there. I have been told they don't send bills, so I don't know when it's due, and I have to go on their website to find out when and how much my bill is. I have had Bluepeak for 3 years now. Excellent Internet. Fast, reliable. Had a problem with the router once, they were here the next day with a new one. Their customer service is really wonderful. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't switch for anything.
After decades tied to a different provider, I switched to Bluepeak four months ago. Since that time, I've had ZERO issues with outages or streaming hiccups. I thought it was a Netflix issue that caused the skipping and those irritating mouth vs sound discrepancies. But with no skipping or freezing with Bluepeak, I expect it was an issue with the prior providers services. I also work from home, so the dependable nature of Bluepeak is especially important for me. Not to mention, it's cheaper for faster service!
