Much more unreliable than midco. U experienced probably 3x the unexpected outages but i put up with it due to being cheaper, but you get what you payfor. Also sold a house, the service hadn't worked the last 7 days, but no big deal, the house was in the process of going up for sale. Called 3 days after a new cycle had started and they made me cancel end of the bill cycle so they could weasel out $65, even though it wasnt working prior to the new bill cycle hitting. We have Blue Peak 1 GB Fibre internet and this is simply the best internet I've ever had. No issues at all and my speed has never dipped below 900mb/s even for upload which is necessary for me being a small business owner and software contractor. No complaints at all. I'd highly recommend Blue Peak Fibre internet if you can get it.

I have had Bluepeak for a few months now. The service has been mostly reliable. The company hasn't perfected the billing for me yet; as it seems to change monthly. If you need a technician for internet outages. They seem to be a couple of days out to fix your issue. Also be aware if your in home equipment breaks that 9t can be expensive to replace.

I just wanted to thank bluepeaks customer service for their support and understanding. Not gonna lie. I wasnt a fan for a very long time. But your customer service and fiber optic internet has definitely won me over. Great job Bluepeak!! Keep it up. 🤝

Signing on with them was a great thing. Great service and fewer dropouts. I was a long term customer that when the discount went away I stayed with the company while not appreciating the raise in price vs new sign on. But recently that issue was rectified and I was given a better deal. I have had much better service and luck with them either way so price aside the consistency of up time is much better.
