Had my installed scheduled for Wednesday thr 7th 2025 and requested 2 hours earlier for same day online on Bluepeaks website. In the message line I wrote for same day install just a couple hours earlier and if that didnt work we could stay with same time. Brittany from blupeak messaged me next day that they took me off their schedule because I requested an earlier install. I have had Bluepeak for a few months now. The service has been mostly reliable. The company hasn't perfected the billing for me yet; as it seems to change monthly. If you need a technician for internet outages. They seem to be a couple of days out to fix your issue. Also be aware if your in home equipment breaks that 9t can be expensive to replace.
Service speed was pretty good. What earned them a 2 star was the fact that I paid an extra $10 a month to lock in my price. But then they raised my price $15 bucks anyway. I called in 2 months in a row to have them remove the extra charges. Finally got sick of it and switched providers.
I absolutely hate Bluepeak. The service is terrible. I have called multiple times, I have outages and spotty service. My team always complains my audio cuts in and out. I moved to Sioux Falls from Tennessee and had to unfortunately switch to Bluepeak because Xfinity isn't up this way. When I had Xfinity, my team never complained about my audio cutting out. I am upset that my bill increased. Two years ago, a sales associate stated that my monthly bill would remain at $50 if I opted for the price lock, in addition to a $5.00 fee, totaling $55. This rate was supposed to be guaranteed for five years. However, upon receiving my bill, I found it had risen to $90.00 per month. I made several calls and was told that I had a two-year promotion that would reflect a $50 bill, and that the price lock did not guarantee this rate.
