Signing on with them was a great thing. Great service and fewer dropouts. I was a long term customer that when the discount went away I stayed with the company while not appreciating the raise in price vs new sign on. But recently that issue was rectified and I was given a better deal. I have had much better service and luck with them either way so price aside the consistency of up time is much better.

I love Bluepeak! It's the best. My Internet service never slows down and I always have internet. Wth other internet companies it felt like my Internet was always slow and myll was really high. With Bluepeak my bill always stay the same without interruptions on my Internet. I love Bluepeak!!! I always have internet when I need it.

Internet is good. However, if you move to an area where they do not service & have to cancel with them. They will charge you a whole other month even if its a few days difference. I wouldnt have internet for 5 days if i canceled today so I guess they have me. I wouldnt go back to them just because of that. I dont feel that is good customer service not prorating the bill when I truly cannot take their service with me because they are not in that area. So, just heads up to anyone else moving.

Great customer service. Awesome tech personnel. My internet never cuts out of service. I give it 10 out of 10. Super cheap to have fast connection internet

I have had Bluepeak for a few months now. The service has been mostly reliable. The company hasn't perfected the billing for me yet; as it seems to change monthly. If you need a technician for internet outages. They seem to be a couple of days out to fix your issue. Also be aware if your in home equipment breaks that 9t can be expensive to replace.
