Awesome service, unfortunately I had to close my account. We are moving and you do not have service on that part of Sioux Falls. We will be watching it every month and we will be back when able. Ty guys for your outstanding service every time I call. :) :):):):)
Bluepeak scheduled install and installed cables quickly. Service has been uninterrupted and the one time I called customer service I was connected immediately and the CS agent was excellent and solved my issue immediately. Great service, great price.
Blue peak has been easy in every aspect. Easy billing, easy transition much cheaper than our old provider. I have been recommending them to all family and friends. Easily five stars for us!
Great service. Technician worked through a hiccup that required additional investigation and repair during installation, but he stayed the course and I haven’t had any issues. Service had been undisrupted since connection. Highly recommend.
I have never had an issue. Except during the Tyson fight. Although it was also a modem issue with the vendor they now have a new one. No issues since. Great service for 1gig.
