BluePeak fiber internet is the best value I've found. My representative Hunter explained things very thoroughly and was very helpful with the very limited follow up questions I had. As a part-time internet radio DJ, I'm very impressed with upload speeds. Everything works the way it was presented to me. I'm very happy with the service!!! Thank you Hunter and BluePeak!

I've been a happy customer of Bluepeak for over a year with a great experience until today. I opted in for a 3 year price lock agreement. My bill has been consistently $100 each month since signing up, until today, when a new "Bluepeak Network Maintenance Fee" was on my statement. I reached out to support and was informed the following; "The base price of your internet service won't be subject to rate increases with price lock. I switched from optimum to bluepeak in october and it's probably one of the decisions I shouldn't have ever made they got me with the decently priced 3 month promotion and the explanation of the optic fiber internet, after the promotion ended it seemed as if my WiFi will either lag or is super slow. If this keeps happening I will switch back to optinum no doubt. I gave 2 stars only because of the promotion we received upon signing up.

This is the worst internet company. Their customer service is not helpful and the sales people lie just to get ur business. They attempted to instal my service that took days maybe even wks and when someone finally did come out they hung the line going across the middle of my yard. So low my son couldn’t even play catch without hitting the line. I pre-ordered the 5g wifi plan 2 and a half months ago and was originally told 2 weeks max for the construction to be done in my area. 2 weeks go by and I heard nothing so I called again. They said again 2 weeks max and that they didnt know anything other than that.
