Install was fast and unintrusive. The internet speeds with fiber have been fantastic. I get triple the speeds I had before with T-Mobile 5G home internet. I have had it for a few months with no outages or any issues at all.
The worse internet company ever they will charge you twice for a payment that you had already made days before then try and say it's because of a system change. They had no right to take those funds on my account it says I cash pay... But it was right before Christmas and i was busy. So we paid with our card and now it's in the negative...
I had an equipment issue with Bluepeak on the evening of August 28th. After troubleshooting with the customer service rep, he said a service call would be necessary. With the Labor Day holiday upcoming, he said Wednesday, September 3rd would be the first available date. He did say I would be added to list for any cancellations. On Friday the 29th, a technician called around 5 pm to tell me he was on his way to address issue. Got a fibre unit installed earlier today and I'll tell ya I aint super happy as of now, the wifi works decent but it wont provide internet to my doorbell, which upon a costumer service call they want me to pay and extra $6 a month for a second unit to extend service. On top of that they guys who installed the unit drilled the hole exactly where I said not to. I asked the to drill any holes or anything of that nature twords the ceiling that way it's out of site and I dont have the cable where it can be touched by the small ch... read more
The install was great - tech was knowledgeable and professional and the person who came back to bury the cable was also great. The service has been very reliable and fast, as well as much more affordable than the main competitor in Sioux Falls. Highly recommend!
