My experience with Bluepeak in Stillwater OK has been very positive. The install was a little bit of a hiccup with one team bringing the cable to the house before the installer could do his work. Other than that on a month by month basis it has been very good. Very limited outages that were handled quickly, many times without my knowledge. I just found out because of the text they sent out. Speeds are great. Value is great. I would recommend.

Worst experience with any utility company ever. Lied aboutb2 gigs. Not true 2 gigs . .has 2 1 gig connections. So nothing ever goes 2 gig speeds. Installation and customer service couldn't be worse. Fiber laying on top of concrete and the ground. Supposed to be buried. Doest show up. Etc. Just the absolute worst. Didn't have my first bill correct. I can't think of a single thing that has been done correctly or like they said

We haven’t had many issues with Bluepeak. Occasionally there might be an outage but they fix it fairly quickly. My husband recently cut the line putting in a new fence. It took a few days to have the line replaced but they had the new line buried within a couple days. They also replaced the equipment on the back of our house that was damaged during the wildfires. Definitely 100 times better than our old internet provider!!

I’ve had more reliable service in Syria the speeds are great when they work but when it comes to reliability it is absolutely terrible. This is the 3rd month of me having it and 3rd time a tech is having to come out. If you must get it plan ahead to have 1 day off a month so you're available to let the tech inside. Average wait time for them to have availability has been about 3-4 days in my situation

Much better than previous provider optimum. Was a little disappointed the price increased after only a short time because I bill with a credit card. No other issues so far - satisfied with service.
