Could not be a worst experience, from day 1, installers "installed" the lines to the house (left them just laying across my yard for 3 months). I pay for 5gig and get that speed for the maybe 12 hours a day it is up, local technician is great but said that the entire main set up on our block was installed wrong and that he can't do anything about that part (above his paygrade) and the higher ups are playing hot potato and refuse to do anything about it. The service was pretty good with very little problems. However you'll watch the billing go up until you say you're going to cancel and they change their drum beat to try and keep you by matching service with another company providing the exact same service. The point is that I shouldn't have to call you and complain just to get my service matched. You know the things they are offering so comp it...duh and everyone wins. Great rates & amazing support staff. As a college student who has assignment deadlines to meet, customer support is very generous & flexible, willing to squeeze my ticket in for the day to get my issue taken care of. Originally had been quoted 5 days (over the weekend) before a tech. could come out, but they’d try to have one by within a couple of days. I've had a great experience with Bluepeak fiber. I was able to easily schedule install and the techs were great about putting the line in a place that worked best to get good wifi coverage in my house. The service is lightning fast and the high upload bandwidth has noticeably improved video calls with family. We're huge fans.

I am a really big fan of Bluepeak. Their service is pretty rock solid. High uptime, with occasional downs. I'm on fiber, and I have a UPS so I can stay online even if house power goes out. They proactively find faults and fix them before I notice, and I talk to a real human when I call the service line. And it's pretty cheap Internet.
