Fantastic service so far compared to local competitors. It blows Optimum out of the water. We had chronic issues with Optimum prior to using Bluepeak. No more problems. Our technician (Allen) also did a great job setting it up. Everyone in this town should switch.
signed up for services yesterday, had an appointment scheduled for between 1-3 today. I called them at 2pm because i hadn’t heard from anyone yet and they said i would receive a call from that same number when they were on the way, so i said cool. my husband gets home from walking the dog at 2:15 and there was a note on the door that we missed them at 2pm. i called them again and told them this issue. they had put my phone number in wrong so she fixed it and said they have a different technician on the way out there right no... read more
I have had such great experiences with Blue Peak so far. The set up was easy and thorough and customer service has been phenomenal. This is a vastly different experience than I have had with Optimum.
Giving 3 stars because when it works, it works. I started my service in September of 2024. Tech came out and installed everything, he left before the update was done and shortly after, I stared having issues. Every hour all devices would disconnect and the device LED was red. I tried fixing the issue by troubleshooting and unplugging the device. Either would only work for about an hour. I love fiber internet. I do think it is superior and the way forward. Hopefully will be improved upon. I used to work for a fiber internet co as well back in TX. When that company first started there was so many mistakes that it almost caused that company to fail before they fixed all of their equipment and issues. They spent an insane amount of money on fixing peoples property as well because of all the third party contractors they used.
