For a few years I had service with BluePeak. I was so very completely happy with my service. What I wasn't satisfied with was what happened after I cancelled service. The agent that shut my service down when I moved. Told me I had 30 days to return equipment. So moving and working is hard enough. So we got settled. We mailed the equipment back. Fantastic service so far compared to local competitors. It blows Optimum out of the water. We had chronic issues with Optimum prior to using Bluepeak. No more problems. Our technician (Allen) also did a great job setting it up. Everyone in this town should switch.
This has been the worst experience since Internet became a thing. I had Internet, maybe for a total of 24 hours in a week or so. It’s a Monday and they wanted me to wait till Friday for someone to come out and do a service call! They disconnected me right away and I will be returning the equipment tomorrow at the local office if you want terrible service go with them! We have had this service ever since it began in Stillwater. We have had 1 problem with the system and that was due to a fuse blowing in our back bedroom. It happened at 7:00 at night. Not only did I get a person on the phone to help trouble shoot it, but their tech was at the house at 8:00 a.m. the next morning to fix it. No problems with this company at all thus far.
signed up for services yesterday, had an appointment scheduled for between 1-3 today. I called them at 2pm because i hadn’t heard from anyone yet and they said i would receive a call from that same number when they were on the way, so i said cool. my husband gets home from walking the dog at 2:15 and there was a note on the door that we missed them at 2pm. i called them again and told them this issue. they had put my phone number in wrong so she fixed it and said they have a different technician on the way out there right no... read more
