My internet had been giving me issues, router randomly rebooting. Stopped into the local office and they were able to get someone out same day and replace my equipment. Was able to upgrade my plan from 200 MB to 1 GB, and it was cheaper. Always great service. Thanks Bluepeak!
The customer service provided by the technicians was very polite and professional. They surveyed the infrastructure and immediately went to work. Both of them answered my questions so I could understand what they were saying. They didn't speak down to me. The helped with the install to include loading the software on my phone. Bluepeak is the model for service as proven by the two professionals that came to my home.
The Wi-Fi is good, but there always seems to be outages at least once a week on their end. They also charged me 30 extra dollars because I was disconnected because of late fees, which I had already paid anyways, but they went ahead and slapped those extra $30 on the next bill which my bill was over $180!! I don’t think it’s worth it. Stick with Midco they’re a little bit more pricey but the person who I talk to with Medco is much nicer than the one with blue peak.
I had a great experience with Blue peak, she was fast, effient, got the job done well. Immediately the problem was solved. I would recommend Blue peak to everyone.
Bluepeak is everything they advertise. It is cheaper. Yes! It is relaible. Awesome! The customer service is effective and courteous. Amazing!
