Well, my service has improved since the technician came out and fix something. However, then I get Text message advising me that I’m late on my bill with automatic payment not sure how that is possible? Then also advised me they’re charging me another $15 not sure if this matter has been resolved or not, but I have not received another notice that This has been taken care of? Blue Peak you can do better.!

I am always happy when I go inside the Watertown, SD office. The girl that works inside, Makayla I believe her name is, she can always fix any problem I have. She is also very friendly. She is definitely an asset to your company.
Started completely over with everything trying to find fault in system, traced back all the way to ground wire, very commutative and punctual. Also added discount for when service was down.
