Really happy with Bluepeak. The internet is fast and reliable, and I haven’t had issues with streaming or working from home. Setup was easy, and customer service has been helpful when I’ve needed them. Solid service overall—would recommend.

Switched from Midco to Bluepeak internet paying about 90$ a month for the gigabyte speed. The door to door sales guy assured me that we would get an actual 1000 download and upload speed. After setup the speed wouldn't get above 930 mbs, and the internet was more leggy then anything we ever had for years with Midco. Switching seems to have been a monumental mistake. My interaction with Bluepeak has been always done with professional and courteous experiences. The services were done when times were made and technicians were helpful. I do recommend them.

Since I got a new WiFi router it has been working so much better than my old one!! Thank you for the people who have came and fixed that issue for me. I never had a problem since

Probably not a bad local company at all. Great people to work with in the area I live in but I CANNOT, for the life of me reccomend this product. It’s the worst every week I have an outage and half the time they don’t have an answer. I shouldn’t be showing one tech stats on my computer trying to explain things to him or wake up and half my house don’t work cause blue peak can’t get it together worst internet out there wouldn’t reccomend it to my worst enemy as I wouldn’t want him to deal with this frustration.
