Bluepeak has always been my go to wifi company. All I had to do is give them a call and they set up a appointment the same week and set up my router and went on their way! I didn't have to pay a thing until my first bill even then they were inexpensive, I've had bluepeak for about a year now and so far so good...before this I've had it before and it's always been good. Really happy with Bluepeak. The internet is fast and reliable, and I haven’t had issues with streaming or working from home. Setup was easy, and customer service has been helpful when I’ve needed them. Solid service overall—would recommend.

Well, my service has improved since the technician came out and fix something. However, then I get Text message advising me that I’m late on my bill with automatic payment not sure how that is possible? Then also advised me they’re charging me another $15 not sure if this matter has been resolved or not, but I have not received another notice that This has been taken care of? Blue Peak you can do better.!

Since I got a new WiFi router it has been working so much better than my old one!! Thank you for the people who have came and fixed that issue for me. I never had a problem since

I am always happy when I go inside the Watertown, SD office. The girl that works inside, Makayla I believe her name is, she can always fix any problem I have. She is also very friendly. She is definitely an asset to your company.
