Well, my service has improved since the technician came out and fix something. However, then I get Text message advising me that I’m late on my bill with automatic payment not sure how that is possible? Then also advised me they’re charging me another $15 not sure if this matter has been resolved or not, but I have not received another notice that This has been taken care of? Blue Peak you can do better.!
This summer we have called Blupeak twice with questions regarding our cable and our internet. Over the phone, the techs were very professional, polite and patient. The first call did result in sending a tech to our house, in which he did change out and update some equipment. Again, very p,p&p and answered any questions I had. The 2nd call was due to buffering and speed with cable and they were able to fix the issue on their end. Bluepeak has been extremely easy to work with over the phone. I have had it at my house for 4 years now, and can only vaguely remember a couple outages that the company was able to communicate to customers and quickly fix/resolve issues. The few times I have had to talk to customer service on the phone-they have been friendly and helpful. They offer discounts for bank acct autopay. I have had 1G internet, and due to downsizing use & number of devices needing internet--I recently went to the next lower step. It works great!... read more
A Full Year of Frustration I’ve had this internet service for a year now, and it has been nothing but unreliable from day one. Frequent outages, painfully slow speeds, and random connection drops have become the norm. Streaming, working from home, or even simple browsing is a daily struggle. Despite repeated promises of improvement, the service has only declined. It’s baffling how a company can charge this much for something so consistently unreliable. Since the recent 'upgrade' to the Internet in Watertown, I must say that it is not an improvement. Internet has been off or sporadic since the work began. Lots of buffering and slow speeds. We hope it gets better! Upgraded to newer modem even
