Your service is good but your charges are a little too high. Do you have seniors discount? We are 85 & 88 and pretty much stay at home customers so any discount towards the bill would help. Thank you!

Bluepeak has been extremely reliable. I rarely have issues but when I do I can simply text Bluepeak and someone gets back to me in a timely manner. I have been educated on simple things to do to correct issues that I have experienced. My internet gives me security knowing it's working properly for my appointments, enjoyment for my kids and myself, and many other things. I would recommend Bluepeak to everyone. I have a couple of gamer kids and I stream shows, all at the same time without buffering or cut off.

When I called about Internet not working, they walked me through several steps to try and fix it, then said someone would be out next day. They showed up and were able to get my Internet back up and running. We very friendly

I've had the pleasure to edit a previous negative Review that I published recently. I took a minute to think about all my past experiences with Bluepeak since 2021. Every contact with Tech Support has been a positive experience. Especially, keeping an ancient printer working through the changes in WIFI and signal recognition. The service has been up and available for at minimum 99.99% through the tough Minnesota weather we experience. Great internet service provider 20 years ago the problem is they still don't have fiber where I live wonderful customer service otherwise and for having cable lines the speed is not bad. But let's be honest nowadays you definitely want fiber and since they don't offer it that makes them a little less appealing
