They recently did an update in our area providing two gig down and 1 gig up speeds. Amazing latency and the speeds that they advertise are what they deliver! Fair and competitive pricing as well.
I’ve had a really good experience with Bluepeak. The internet speed is fast and consistent, even with multiple devices connected. Reliability has been solid, and any time I’ve contacted customer service, they’ve been professional, friendly, and efficient. Overall, a great provider.
Your service is good but your charges are a little too high. Do you have seniors discount? We are 85 & 88 and pretty much stay at home customers so any discount towards the bill would help. Thank you!
Make sure you call back after adding your bank information for autopay otherwise you wont get your discount because even after you check the box on the checkout that says "autopay" they somehow don't know you added it and you won't get it.. so many people must be getting scammed that way.
Your service needs Help. Almost monthly I need to call because my internet and cable are down. This has been a constant since Blue peak has come to my area (my neighbors having same problems). Write a review and it will NOT let me post 😖😖
