When the service is working correctly it’s awesome. Unfortunately we have had some spotty service requiring new lines, connections, and equipment. Once equipment was upgraded service has been very good. We do have to restart the equipment occasionally.

I've had the pleasure to edit a previous negative Review that I published recently. I took a minute to think about all my past experiences with Bluepeak since 2021. Every contact with Tech Support has been a positive experience. Especially, keeping an ancient printer working through the changes in WIFI and signal recognition. The service has been up and available for at minimum 99.99% through the tough Minnesota weather we experience. Your service is good but your charges are a little too high. Do you have seniors discount? We are 85 & 88 and pretty much stay at home customers so any discount towards the bill would help. Thank you!

I’ve had a really good experience with Bluepeak. The internet speed is fast and consistent, even with multiple devices connected. Reliability has been solid, and any time I’ve contacted customer service, they’ve been professional, friendly, and efficient. Overall, a great provider.

Bluepeak has been extremely reliable. I rarely have issues but when I do I can simply text Bluepeak and someone gets back to me in a timely manner. I have been educated on simple things to do to correct issues that I have experienced. My internet gives me security knowing it's working properly for my appointments, enjoyment for my kids and myself, and many other things. I would recommend Bluepeak to everyone. I have a couple of gamer kids and I stream shows, all at the same time without buffering or cut off.
