When I called about Internet not working, they walked me through several steps to try and fix it, then said someone would be out next day. They showed up and were able to get my Internet back up and running. We very friendly
Great internet service provider 20 years ago the problem is they still don't have fiber where I live wonderful customer service otherwise and for having cable lines the speed is not bad. But let's be honest nowadays you definitely want fiber and since they don't offer it that makes them a little less appealing
We changed from Medicom to Bluepeak a few months ago for our internet. Very satisfied with everything - the price, quality and customer service.
Very happy with service tech. He was very pleasant and happy to explain what he was doing. He tried all equipment before leaving to be sure all working.
I've had zero issues with their service. I recently added WiFi TV to my services and even though it is a bit expensive I am super happy with the choices I have.. I also really like their customer service.. I'd most definitely recommend..
