The installation was great -- a very patient technician who explained how things worked and made sure we would have full coverage. I'm much less thrilled about their payment system . If you don't sign up for autopay you will end up paying late fees -- that they gleefully announce via text the day AFTER your payment date and without sending you a payment reminder the day BEFORE it's due.
The tech was able to help us over the phone. He was patient and very helpful. Our TV glitch was fixed in no time.
