We have been a customer with BluePeak for over 5 years and have never had any major issues. When we have experienced the very rare service outage, the customer service team is polite and the technicians are quick in their response time to resolve the problem. Great quality and reliability for an affordable price.
Blue Peak was efficient and timely in getting my wifi connected. When I had to speak to customer service not only were they kibd, courteous, but helpful in getting my auto debit set up on a date more suited to my budget.
Easy transition to Bluepeak. Able to locate programs that we watch. Nice there is a local office for when we had questions.
