Blue PEAK Internet is very reliable. On the rare occasions they have problems they notify me with an estimate of how long it will take to repair. I appreciate being kept informed of updates.
We are extremely disappointed in the service that is provided - there is a loss of service at least once a week with either our phones or internet or both. When we call to get service on the issue, the first thing is the "unplug it and plug it back it" answer which is not helpful. For the amount being paid for your services, we were hoping they would actually work all the time.
We recently moved to Marshall and they brought our internet the day of closing. We've had nothing but great internet since! Our technician Spencer was super nice and helpful with the setup process. Very happy with our choice! We've had spectrum the last 5 years and was hesistant to switch but happy we did!
I just called VAST to get services set up for my daughter. Cindy from VAST Customer Service was AWESOME to work with!!!! She talked to me at my level (I don't know a whole lot about cable and streaming) and she helped me figure out the best price for my daughter's needs! Thank you Cindy! Price keeps going up. Old equipment. Signal cuts out ALL the time when watching pay per view. Have had 3 different boxes to try to solve without any solution. Installers told us we needed to pay for new cable to be installed. Ended up paying for wifi boosters with a monthly charge. Directv was a better deal.
