The installation was great -- a very patient technician who explained how things worked and made sure we would have full coverage. I'm much less thrilled about their payment system . If you don't sign up for autopay you will end up paying late fees -- that they gleefully announce via text the day AFTER your payment date and without sending you a payment reminder the day BEFORE it's due.
Fast internet services that support by WFH job and multiple other systems demanding fast connection at the same time. At times I need to restart the router - could be because of all the demand I put on it. But very satisfied otherwise with the service.
