The installation was great -- a very patient technician who explained how things worked and made sure we would have full coverage. I'm much less thrilled about their payment system . If you don't sign up for autopay you will end up paying late fees -- that they gleefully announce via text the day AFTER your payment date and without sending you a payment reminder the day BEFORE it's due.

Blue Peak was efficient and timely in getting my wifi connected. When I had to speak to customer service not only were they kibd, courteous, but helpful in getting my auto debit set up on a date more suited to my budget.
