I would highly recommend Blue Peak to anyone who wants fast, reliable internet services. Other services I have dealt with had constant outages and slow connections. With Blue Peak, I have NONE of these issues. The installation was smooth and the installer was very kind, answered all my questions and concerns. Bluepeak has been great! Very good customer service I'm never having a problem with my internet really at all unless it's a storm or something besides all that the company is great I definitely give it at 5 star for a reason because it's good quality and I do recommend
My father has had a cord laying across his yard since the middle of April. he was told when it was layed that they would be by to bury it beginning of May. he has called multiple times and they keep pushing it back. it is currently the beginning of June the most recent time they told him that they won't be able to get to it till the end of the month. he hasn't been able to mow without risk of running over the cord. I don't recommend them if you need anything done in a timely manner.
I haven't had really any troubles at all everything seems to be working right just want them to stick to the word about $45 a month because I would have done Social Security and I budget every dollar that's why I picked this company but so far so good
