Our experience with B&M Roofing, who replaced our roof less than a year ago, was far from smooth. Out of 7 estimates, I chose B&M Roofing to replace the 30+ year old main roof on my house and the flat roof on the Arizona Room. My primary concern was quality and reputation. I called three roofing companies, including B&M. B&M responded quickly and provided me with a quote that was very competitive. They started work on the agreed upon date and worked without interruption until the job was completed. They used first quality materials and professional installers. They cleaned up our property and left everything neat and tidy, when they were finished.
B&M Roofing solved what for many months was thought to be an HVAC leak by my heating/cooling provider. It turns out, apart from the improperly seated HVAC unit, the roof itself was compromised in several places. B&M techs communicate well, keep me updated, and are transparent about the job being done. Their response to warranty work is quick and efficient. Their schedulers on the phone are friendly and helpful. I look forward to having no more leaks in future rainstorms.
