There are few jobs tougher than working on a rooftop in Southern Arizona at the height of summer. That said, B&M's guys dove in and totally rocked our roof. In fact we think it looks better than the original. We just relocated, and the roof underlayment system on our new place was at end of life so everything had to come off, then go back. Watching the roof being removed from your new home (during monsoon season!) is definitely unnerving, but the end result.... wow. Good for another 25 years. I'm a local reviewer who seldom leaves bad reviews (checkout my profile to confirm). But in this case I have to report my experience. If you have a flat roof I would avoid this company. They did the roof inspection on our home before we bought it and said the roof was in great condition. Fast forward 8 months later and we had a massive leak after rain in March 2025. Since moving to Tucson a few months ago, I have used B&M Roofing several times for various repairs and projects. They have been responsive and reliable and did an outstanding job on the roof repairs and roof vent installations. Their front office staff is also outstanding, and I never had any issues with miscommunication. I am very picky and I ask a lot of questions when it comes to home repair, but B&M Roofing was always able to provide the answers I was seeking in a timely and courteous manner. From beginning to end B&M was fantastic. The communication between customer and contractor was impressive. The quote arrived promptly and organized, questions via email were responded to in an impressive timely manner. The quote for the roof repair was fairly priced. Contractors are courteous and articulate. Repair completed on time. Extremely satisfied customer. Will use them again !!!

Had a leak on my skylights in my newly purchased home. B&M was able to schedule it quickly and get the issue resolved. After the first attempt I still had a leak and they promptly sent out another rep to look at the job already performed, found an un-cured glue and quickly scheduled a new team to come out and resolve the issue. After a LOT of rain for our area, I'm happy to report that the issue has been fixed and no more water is coming into my house!
