There are few jobs tougher than working on a rooftop in Southern Arizona at the height of summer. That said, B&M's guys dove in and totally rocked our roof. In fact we think it looks better than the original. We just relocated, and the roof underlayment system on our new place was at end of life so everything had to come off, then go back. I'm a local reviewer who seldom leaves bad reviews (checkout my profile to confirm). But in this case I have to report my experience. If you have a flat roof I would avoid this company. They did the roof inspection on our home before we bought it and said the roof was in great condition. Fast forward 8 months later and we had a massive leak after rain in March 2025. B&M had been my go to roofer for several jobs over the last 7 years. No job too small for B&M and they have always been prompt, upfront, very communicative, and extremely fair on pricing. From fixing a few tiles to a while new roof B&M is fantastic! I've called other roofers to compare and B&M always had the best quote, so good I've never had to haggle with them. We Needed our roof “re-roofed” and we found just the right company to do it. B&M roofing is outstanding! When you call the company, Isabella makes you feel attended to right out of the gate. Stellar customer service - she is incredibly pleasant and efficient and is a great ambassador for B & M. Unfortunately, after confirming the work to be done multiple times throughout the process with B&M, they failed to do the work promised. I even confirmed with multiple employees on and off-site during the reroof when it appeared that they were diverging from plans, and they lied to my face. I’m left with a mess and an expense 4X what I was quoted from other reputable Tucson companies to do the work they actually DID.
