There are few jobs tougher than working on a rooftop in Southern Arizona at the height of summer. That said, B&M's guys dove in and totally rocked our roof. In fact we think it looks better than the original. We just relocated, and the roof underlayment system on our new place was at end of life so everything had to come off, then go back. I'm a local reviewer who seldom leaves bad reviews (checkout my profile to confirm). But in this case I have to report my experience. If you have a flat roof I would avoid this company. They did the roof inspection on our home before we bought it and said the roof was in great condition. Fast forward 8 months later and we had a massive leak after rain in March 2025. I am very happy with the service B&M roofing provided. They did an inspection prior to the purchase of the home I was buying last year - they were the only company who were honest enough to say the roof should not be repaired but replaced. All other companies gave prices for repairs but stated that the roof should be replaced ASAP. B&M gave a competitive bid and did the work replacing all the broken and damaged tiles and the underlayment & some plywood in less than a week. B&M was great to work with. They kept in good communication and worked tirelessly until the job was done. When the monsoons came, I had a small leak, which turned out not to be from the roof, but they came out right away and did a full inspection and found the source--a window casing. They cleaned up well after the job was done as well!
Since moving to Tucson a few months ago, I have used B&M Roofing several times for various repairs and projects. They have been responsive and reliable and did an outstanding job on the roof repairs and roof vent installations. Their front office staff is also outstanding, and I never had any issues with miscommunication. I am very picky and I ask a lot of questions when it comes to home repair, but B&M Roofing was always able to provide the answers I was seeking in a timely and courteous manner.
