Unfortunately, after confirming the work to be done multiple times throughout the process with B&M, they failed to do the work promised. I even confirmed with multiple employees on and off-site during the reroof when it appeared that they were diverging from plans, and they lied to my face. I’m left with a mess and an expense 4X what I was quoted from other reputable Tucson companies to do the work they actually DID. I used B&M for a major roof repair and renovation of a massive school building. Their price was fair. The work was top quality. they exceeded all deadlines set. The owner was always available to speak about any concerns. when the job was complete, the owner walked the roof with me and went over every issue that was resolved. I was very satisfied with the workmanship. Approaching this monsoon season I'm left with peace of mind knowing our roof is in great shape due to B&M!
