They were very unprofessional from the start dropping wood through the garage on my wife’s car and dropping nails everywhere that caused a flat tire and I’m finding still up to 2 years later. They were playing loud music at early hours showing up and leaving at random hours and took days longer than stated which doesn’t seem that bad until you consider the loud music and vehicles taking up all the parking. There are few jobs tougher than working on a rooftop in Southern Arizona at the height of summer. That said, B&M's guys dove in and totally rocked our roof. In fact we think it looks better than the original. We just relocated, and the roof underlayment system on our new place was at end of life so everything had to come off, then go back. Watching the roof being removed from your new home (during monsoon season!) is definitely unnerving, but the end result.... wow. Good for another 25 years. This company (B&M Roofing) was the worst! I requested that they replace the roofing paper on my guest house porch and this is their finished product! Looks like they used scrap materials from another job on my house! They threw roofing nails all over my yard and get this, they tore off the old roofing paper, put it in bags and left the bags on the side of my house for 3 weeks. I'm a local reviewer who seldom leaves bad reviews (checkout my profile to confirm). But in this case I have to report my experience. If you have a flat roof I would avoid this company. They did the roof inspection on our home before we bought it and said the roof was in great condition. Fast forward 8 months later and we had a massive leak after rain in March 2025.
