No call no show today. I waited all day on my only day off for the next two weeks and nothing. They should stop spending so much money on advertising and simply focus on quality, reliability and service. My one star review is too high, it should be a negative 20 for a rating.
I made an appointment for a plumbing assistance and was given an appointment window of four hours on a Friday afternoon. I took Friday afternoon off from work and waited. They called me three times to say they were coming and then after eight hours of waiting they left a voicemail. That said they had decided not to come. The installed a full HVAC in my house after it was gutted due to fire. I don't recall any issues at the time. Then I rented my house and called them to do a checkup and also replace the furnace & A/C at another house directly across the alley. They said they don't do any rental properties - Okay, I understand that some landlords are ...let's say difficult...so I can understand not wanting to do the new install, but they did the original installation and because I rented the home sometime after installation they just abandon... read more
I haven’t used them in 2 years since I rejected their offer to renew my subscription service with them. At that time they apparently blacklisted me and then when I called for service this year they let me know I was a “do not service” address…because one technician didn’t like being rejected.
