Last year when we were having issues with our furnace, we reached out to Bonneville and they were able to get a check into service our furnace that day, and make an adjustment to it. They strung me along for 2 days during heat wave with no ac, no show on my appointments 2 days in a row with no communication. Their business model seems to be: overbook, then don’t show up with customers they don’t value. While this would be annoying for regular service calls it’s downright unethical during a heat wave to waste my time waiting for them when I could be booking someone else. If I could give them no stars, I would. I had a thermostat go out during a heat wave and was told they would be there the next morning. It was an urgent call as we were planning to leave town that morning. After being completely ghosted for a day, I ended up having to get help elsewhere. The only text message I received a response to was the one requesting to cancel my appointment. Don't waste your time with Bonfe. I'll never use any of their services.

Had a technician come out for an evaluation and repairing a leak in the upstairs bathroom. Seemed fine, but issue returned within less than a week. Called again and had a second technician quote us nearly 2 grand for the new fix. Opted for a second opinion, and was told by alternative plumber that the original issue was the problem, and the first tech had repaired it wrong. So where do I begin.... We called last Wednesday to schedule a Friday appointment as I have to leave work and called to confirm the Friday appointment after getting a text message. After three phone calls Bonfe said they finally asked to reschedule as they couldn't come. So here on Monday got the same text message about when they will arrive .
