Had a technician come out for an evaluation and repairing a leak in the upstairs bathroom. Seemed fine, but issue returned within less than a week. Called again and had a second technician quote us nearly 2 grand for the new fix. Opted for a second opinion, and was told by alternative plumber that the original issue was the problem, and the first tech had repaired it wrong. So where do I begin.... We called last Wednesday to schedule a Friday appointment as I have to leave work and called to confirm the Friday appointment after getting a text message. After three phone calls Bonfe said they finally asked to reschedule as they couldn't come. So here on Monday got the same text message about when they will arrive . Setup an appointment weeks ago. Called me in the AM that I was on the schedule. Recieved another call at 345 telling me they over scheduled and wouldn't make it today. Waited at home all day. Can't trust their scheduling. Find a reliable company

Way way way over priced. Also, don’t get their membership plan. They will schedule you for service and then cancel and say that the next available slot is in 2 months.

Worst customer service ever. You ask to speak with a supervisor, the clerk said they can't get one, and you request a call, they never called. I will never use them again. I am staying with Krinkis.
