I hired Bofe for a sewer cleaning, they did show up on time. I basically paid $99 to get a sales pitch on additional services. The problem was not fixed. 3 hours later another tech arrived to video the line, once again no repair but a sales pitch for a $2,000, $3,000+ repair. Terrible business model. If they are not qualified to perform the repair they should note that the service call is not services to resolve the problem it's rather a sales pitch. I do not recommend them for any service.

Last year when we were having issues with our furnace, we reached out to Bonneville and they were able to get a check into service our furnace that day, and make an adjustment to it. We ended up becoming a member with them since we were told it includes a free furnace and air-conditioning tuneup a year. The woman that answered totally messed up what I was asking for, which was a radiator removed from a cupboard. I mistakenly said out was a plate warmer (old house, they put flat radiators in a cupboard to keep things from freezing). She came back and said they did do radiators, but not plate warming APPLIANCES! I tried to tell her it was a radiator and asked to talked to her manager and she refused and kept insisting it was an appliance. They strung me along for 2 days during heat wave with no ac, no show on my appointments 2 days in a row with no communication. Their business model seems to be: overbook, then don’t show up with customers they don’t value. While this would be annoying for regular service calls it’s downright unethical during a heat wave to waste my time waiting for them when I could be booking someone else. I called 4 different times over 2 days to seek assurance someone would show up and they were dishonest with me every time. Nobody called... read more

If I could give them no stars, I would. I had a thermostat go out during a heat wave and was told they would be there the next morning. It was an urgent call as we were planning to leave town that morning. After being completely ghosted for a day, I ended up having to get help elsewhere. The only text message I received a response to was the one requesting to cancel my appointment. Don't waste your time with Bonfe. I'll never use any of their services.
