Josh bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of.... also, if you buy their custom crossbow bolts DO NOT shoot them for groups at the same spot twice!!!!! The accuracy is the same hole if you're 50 yards or less and are using good equipment. Don't say I didn't warn you if you destroy one of your custom bolts.
I have never been disappointed when I come in. I’ve gotten work down by them and I got a new bow from here as well. Very helpful guys with great recommendations and advice. A+ is an understatement!
I have shot custom crossbow bolts from Borkholder for 3 seasons and the results have always been perfect. They fly true, and amazingly consistent. I believe consistency and performance in shooting is key to good, ethical success. Borkholder has mastered consistency and perfected performance.
Ordered PSE Fang HD on a holiday weekend. Got a email first thing in the morning when they opened after that weekend that my order would ship out that day. Received it the next day. “I am in the same state” I will defiantly be ordering more from them.
Great service. I made a mistake on my order and they called me to make sure it was right. Then Mr. Nolan sent me an e-mail and I asked him a question and he got right back to me! I got my arrows and I'm going to sight my xbow in tomorrow. Thanks, great job all around! You just don't see this level of service very often. I had some arrow from a previous purchase and the results are in the pic!! :)
