I’ve been a customer for about 5 years now and I can say they have really good customer service. I’m in Florida and I’ve only had one shipping issue (wasn’t their fault) and they went out of their way to make it right. Ms Kathy is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work!

I went to Burkholder archery to get a new bow that I just bought tuned and my drawing length set. I bought the bear adapt 2, which I later learned that you don’t even need a bow press to adjust the draw length and I was charged $50 just for them to Remove a screw slide a metal piece and put the screw back in after a guy measured my arms. They also removed my limb stop without telling me and had to ask for them to give it to me. Whether your new to archery or experienced they work with you and get you setup and comfortable with your purchase. Customer service is excellent.

I ordered a bow from Borkholder through a 3rd party seller. The intention was to have the bow delivered 3-4 days before our archery season started in Arkansas, however, UPS completely lost the package (As I write this, it's over a week and a half later, and they still haven't found it). With basically 2 days until the opening day, I reached out to Borkholder to see what they could do to get me a bow, fast. Amazing customer service! Sent message on Facebook on a Sunday and got a response pretty quickly on their day off! Walked in with 2 broken bows on Tuesday and walked out ready to shoot!
