Great experience all around. Purchased 2 Tenpoint 450Rs and some custom arrows. Fast shipping time and great communication. More importantly, the best customer service I have ever experienced. Josh, Ryan, and Gavin were all friendly and super helpful. Will definitely be making more purchases thru them and I strongly recommend Borkholder Archery to anyone.
Absolutely blown away by this archery shop. The staff went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed and took the time to answer every question without making me feel rushed. They had a huge selection of bows, accessories, releases, arrows, and gear for every skill level and budget. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and love what they do. It’s hard to find customer service this good anymore. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to anyone into archery or hunting.
I’ve been a customer for about 5 years now and I can say they have really good customer service. I’m in Florida and I’ve only had one shipping issue (wasn’t their fault) and they went out of their way to make it right. Ms Kathy is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Keep up the good work!
I went to Burkholder archery to get a new bow that I just bought tuned and my drawing length set. I bought the bear adapt 2, which I later learned that you don’t even need a bow press to adjust the draw length and I was charged $50 just for them to Remove a screw slide a metal piece and put the screw back in after a guy measured my arms. They also removed my limb stop without telling me and had to ask for them to give it to me.
