Nice Contemporary furniture from Bova Dallas. I really like staff they go above and beyond to help us select all furniture. Installation crew is awesome too. I recommend 110% to buy furniture from here.

Hi, we have purchased bed set and dining table from Bova. Our sales agent Betty has been super helpful and knowledgable, worked with us to understand our needs, looked at our interiors to match the furniture. She did an awesome job. We really liked the style of our furniture and delivery service is great as well.

I purchased over $15,000 worth of furniture from this store for my Southlake home through Parke and Macklen, and I’m extremely disappointed with their after-service. Given the amount I spent, I expected a reasonable level of care and professionalism, but the experience fell far short. I ordered a coffee table and side table set. The side table was damaged during transportation by their own delivery team, and although they agreed to reorder the piece, it took more than two months for the replacement to arrive. Occasion: went furniture shopping with wife for our new apartment. We came across this store by chance but omg what an experience. Best Italian furniture store in Dallas. Pros: best Italian furniture in Dallas. High spec. Chic. High quality. Unique designs. Amazing customer service. Beautiful showrooms. Food delivery options. Fast turnaround. Very modern design. Cons: $$$. May not be for everyone’s tastes. Bottom line: expensive, but you get what you pay for. Can wait to go back. A very inspiring store indeed.
