I had an excellent experience with Brazos Higher Education. The process was fast, clear, and very efficient; from the first contact, they assisted me right away, and my loan was approved in no time. I especially want to highlight Humberto’s service — he was exceptional: professional, friendly, and always willing to answer all my questions. Thanks to his help, the entire process was much easier. Absolutely a world-class organization. Not only for their mission-driven approach to providing transparency, honesty, and real value in the student loan process, but also for the company culture they’ve built and the level of customer service they deliver. I can’t say enough positive things about this organization, especially working with people like Michael and Debbie.
Brazos Higher Education and the Watson Scholarship were a huge help to me this semester. When I was facing a tight deadline and needed funds urgently, I was accepted and supported, which meant I could keep going to university. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity, they made a real difference for me. It’s not every day you get selected, so I’m so glad and thankful to have been chosen.
I had to write a review for this company as they made the student loan process easy and way less stressful than the last company we used for the fall semester loan. I want to call out Judy and Michael for spending as much time as was needed for me to understand the loan options and answer a few questions throughout the approval process. A couple of years ago, I learned of the Murray Watson, Jr. Scholarship $5,000 award opportunity for Texas students through the Brazos Higher Education Foundation. They choose one student for the scholarship each month so I sent in my application. It was so easy to apply for and the system/process was not troubling.
