Prices were decent but service was not. The men in the office seemed very confused by a simple order. They also charge a 2% fee to use a debit card so not only did I pay them $1,000 for metal, but also another $20 which I found to be ridiculous. They called and said our order was ready but when we picked it up, they told us they don’t have our screws.

Great people, fantastic service, locally owned small business. These people bust their butts to keep you going. They get customer service right. Some of the best people I have dealt with. I have and would recommend to anyone that I know, without reservation.

I have been going to cad for awhile now . everyone there gives you nothing but respect . they're honest , and they're prices and really good as well . i won't go anywhere else for my metal needs . James has been nothing but good to me and my business . and if there was any type of mess up . it was fixed asap! GREAT PEOPLE , GREAT PRODUCTS. IF YOU NEED METAL BENT OR A ROOF THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO 100%

Cad Metals cut the roofing to the inch quickly I needed even though it was a small order. The staff was friendly and professional. My pergola will last years longer than with the shade cloth that came with it.

I didn't really know hiw to order what I needed for my shed. The guy that helped me was very patient in working with me figuring it all out. This was my second experience in dealing with them. THUMBS UP!!
