Calyx is a beautiful location and they have a wonderful team. From being greeted by Dawn at the front desk to resident care with Byron and Neketa. Cassie is welcoming and communicative. Marie is always coming up with activities to engage residents such as painting, music, and crafts. Marcus is new in his role and I can tell he has a heart for helping others. I'm thankful we have Calyx as an option for seniors. Adding some pictures from the trunk or treat at Halloween!

I am so happy that my father is a resident in Memory Care at Calyx. I have peace of mind knowing my father is in good hands. He enjoys the activities, exercise and I always see him happy when I visit. He even tells me that he is happy there, which means a lot to me. Cassie and Marie do a great job, as well as the other staff, making it a nice comfortable place for the residents. Everyone is friendly, caring and helpful. I know my father is being well taken care of.

Calyx has been a positive experience for my husband in memory care. We were looking for a care facility that would accommodate his lack of vision and his need for activity particularly allowing for outside opportunities. The staff has been open to learning new ways of working with his increased deficiencies in self care, for which I am thankful.

Very Nice Facility but not welcoming at all the lady at the front desk doesn’t welcome you when you walk in. The only welcoming high up people are the ladies named Sonja, Ann & Cassie . The facility does not train workers in the front or the back. Just expect you to know everything off rip. The only “training “ you receive is sitting in a room watching old videos for 2 days and answering questions to a packet.

My dear mother has been at Calyx now for about about two weeks. our experience there has been wonderful. Marcus was outstanding, and even helped out as we were moving in with some of the heavier items. Cassie has been very helpful as well. And cannot say enough about Marie and how she engages the residence in all kinds of activities. My mother has participated in exercise classes as well as the daily baking sessions.
