Very knowledgeable on the area we were looking in to buy. Any questions we had got answered right away and if they didn't know the answer they would get it for us in a timely manner. If I would want to buy a new home in the future I would definitely go back to Angele and Dustin Coughlin for my buying/selling needs.

Katelyn was exceptionally knowledgable about the lehigh valley area. Her willingness to help me get a house that was perfect for me and my family was a beautiful reminder of how much help a good realtor could be. She was not too pushy with me, but was also eager to respond appropriately with the information needed. I went into this process very skeptical (first time home buyer) of realtors, but her attitude and expertise eased this life changing purchase

Made the whole home buying process simple, fun and straight forward. The whole a process was mostly quick and painless. Nicole was VERY helpful every step along the way. She is extremely professional, informative, responsive and respectful. She had no problem going through the spreadsheet I made of addresses and getting into contact and setting up timely showings of each house. Working with Dustin could not have gone any better. He has excellent communication throughout the entire process. His knowledge about the area and the process of buying and selling a home is expensive. He consistently appeared engaged in an active manner. Along with all of that, a personable, funny and helpful person.

Dustin made our home buying and selling experience as painless as possible in such a crazy market. Dustin’s laid back attitude, yet professional grade knowledge, helped us find a home when others could not. He was always there to answer questions and schedule viewings, on our time. Overall, he somehow managed to make the whole process super easy and about as stress free as you can get. It took us 2 years to find a home and when we finally did it was with him. I don’t think that was a coincidence.

Bradley did a great job looking for housing for me and keeping me informed of any place he found. He also made himself available at all times, nights and weekends, to communicate and make appointments to go see any places that were found. Bradley's urgency in getting back to me was great. He always would respond in a timely manner.

Dustin was incredibly patient, polite, and always responsive. I asked a million questions, some of them repeated, and Dustin never made me feel like I was wasting his time. Due to the market, we were having a difficult time finding the right house, but Dustin stuck by us and reassured us that we would find our first home. I would recommend Dustin to anyone looking for a home in the Lehigh Valley area. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows the area very well.
