Colleen has been our realtor for two years. We started looking back in October 2022, and needed to take a break. Colleen continued to stay in contact with us throughout the year leading up to November 2023 when we were ready to look again. Colleen was always available and eager to schedule times to go see houses. I work nights so the scheduling could be a bit tough but she always made it work. Colleen was so knowledgeable not only of the area but also in terms of what to look for in the houses that could be problems. She is the sweetest person and really takes her job seriously. Colleen was great to work with. She understood our issues as sellers and managed the process very well. She was responsive the whole time. She also helped us to buy a house and she was great at getting us a very good opportunity.
We had a flawless experience working with Dustin. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, flexible and responsive. We were experiencing a significant life change with our move out of state and his calming demeanor and responsiveness really helped keep us calm through the process.
Dustin was absolutely amazing as a realtor. he showed up to multiple showings with 10 minutes notice - a must in this environment! he helped us with understanding a good process to use for locating and selecting renters as well.
