This is the worst. Keep all your receipts. Make sure you get your own exterminator, the water bugs in an infestation. They don't keep up with your payments. There is always an excuse and nobody answers the phone. But they can post a letter on your door smh. Never in my life. I had better service in public housing and that speaks volumes.

Not worth what you pay to live here at all. Maintenance is garbage IF you can even get them to send someone. You pay for trash removal but the trash is forever overflowing. There's homeless ppl out here breaking into cars and sleeping in the hallways, leasing office won't do shit about it. As long as they get paid they do not care about anything else.

This place is a joke. We've lived here for ten years and it's always something. The only reason we haven't left is bc of the housing market right now. EVERY YEAR our AC goes out. This time, I contacted them in April when we had that one hot week. Told them the AC didn't work. They ghetto rigged it to work till now, mid June. It is almost 90° outside and we have no AC. 85° and climbing INSIDE. If I could leave no star I would ❗️ We lived here from 2016-2019, it was our first apartment and the regret is real. I don’t know whether to start with the roach infestation or that they try to STEAL money from you. They expected us to come out of pocket to pay a $1,000 water bill when they knowingly had a water pipe problem going on instead of taking care of the whole bill themselves. I could go on but it’s too much to write! Have a blessed day !

Was here for 5 years. My 5th year was my worst year in this apartment my apartment was shot into, someone went into my car as well as my husbands car took our change (petty thieves), big roaches all in the hallway. Not a place that I would recommend at all. The best part of the maintenance which is Mike he always came through to help us get things straight.
