I Love my apartment complex. Divinity is absolutely amazing. Whenever I need anything, she takes care of me in a timely matter. She is Great to talk to. She gave me a house warming gift when I moved in mid 2024. We did have some bugs at first. But I sprayed my faithful ORTHO HOME DEFENSE insect killer throughout the house, patio, staircase, and outside our entrance into our building. & bye bye bugs. Churchland Forest is a great place to call home.I love the amenities.I love the staff they help with all of you neighborhood needs. I have been out here for 8 years they have hardwood floors and carpet in the bed rooms updated appliances. love being out here where it's quiet.Nobody bothers you, you can cook out on your back.Patio.Have your kids at the playground or go swimming?Come visit Churchland forest apartments.A great place to live
My experience here has been pleasant out of 5 years text.It , customer service and managers also maintenance worker they fixed the problem in a hurry Henry drew management ms Divinity excellent personality manager.Ms.Breanna manager Asst very nice and kind all staff 😀 👍
Not worth what you pay to live here at all. Maintenance is garbage IF you can even get them to send someone. You pay for trash removal but the trash is forever overflowing. There's homeless ppl out here breaking into cars and sleeping in the hallways, leasing office won't do shit about it. As long as they get paid they do not care about anything else.
This is the worst. Keep all your receipts. Make sure you get your own exterminator, the water bugs in an infestation. They don't keep up with your payments. There is always an excuse and nobody answers the phone. But they can post a letter on your door smh. Never in my life. I had better service in public housing and that speaks volumes.
