I hired Clean Flo Sewer and Septic for septic maintenance and pumping and they went way above and beyond what I expected. They carefully located and excavated the tank, discovered it was a 1500 gallon with a baffle wall, and thoroughly agitated and pumped it clean. They even handled a fair amount of grease buildup in both the tank and main line by hydro jetting everything spotless. I used this company after seeing good reviews online about 2 weeks ago. I talked to Chase the supposedly owner. I told him my tanks was full all the way to the risers. He quoted me $500 to pump over the phone. I was at work and he calls stating it is fuller than expected which I already told him how full it was. The price now goes to $1300. This company is a rip off! He then tried to put $1500 of enzymes in my tank to hopefully fix the drainage issue or an aerobic system for $10000 that may or may not fix it. I found anoth... read more

Great service with a great crew. They came to clean out the septic tank and explained each step thoroughly, as well as service options, without the usual pressure sales. I will definitely use them again!

Was having issues with drains in house. Clean Flo replaced septic tank 16 months ago. Had Chase come out and inspect it. That was not the problem. Upon further inspection Chase and Tyler found bad clog in house drain lines. Cut out some of the old lines and replaced with new ones. Chase and Tyler did an excellent job. Will call them with any other problems.
