Great customer service. Norman Ruiz walked me through the business account opening process so smoothly, it makes me very glad to have switch this bank that aligns with my values AND has great service.
I came here yesterday and seeked for opening business account for my company. I have work permit and legally staying here, but they rejected to open for me due to immigration status. The next day I go to another bank and open account smoothly. The other bank considers me as resident alien because I have work permit and SSN.
