Climate First did a really good job with getting my loan approved. There were a few issues with the solar contract and loan terms but the bank was fast to respond and make sure everything was in order for the loan. They had a couple of dedicated people working on it. I was communicating with people and not just an organization. Very refreshing in these days of automated responses, etc.
I have had such a great experience with Climate First Bank. I've had the pleasure of working with Nick Bohannan, Bank Officer, and he has been so helpful. Very fast responses and has helped me with my banking needs.
