I have been banking with them for a couple of months and Nick B. has been outstanding with helping me understand all the amenities and rules with the different accounts offered here. Climate first is the only North American bank remaining in an environmental coalition of banks that was initially being funded by much larger banks, but all these banks left at the first sign of potential profit loss. I wanted to open an 8 mth CD they were offering. My application was accepted, got my account online, they put me on a 6 mth CD at a little lower rate, not what I wanted or what I signed up for. And I couldn't figure out how to do an ACH transfer because their external transfer web page had an error. Called on three separate occasions, left message, was told it would 1 to 3 days before someone could get back to me. It's been over a week and no one has called me back.
