Climate First Bank has exceeded my expectations across the board. The transition from my prior to bank to this one was seamless. The customer service has been exceptional and the staff were both knowledgeable and kind. The rates are some of the highest in the country, and it feels really good knowing that my money is aligned with my values around sustainability and community economic development.
I have been a business owner in this community for 35 years. We moved to Climate First Bank this week and I highly recommend this bank. They have been attentive to our needs and very helpful during the transition. Moving banks for an established business can be difficult and time consuming. I closed on the purchase of a plumbing company through Climate First with an SBA loan last month and my experience was absolutely phenomenal, even with navigating a difficult process. Mike Gest was terrific and attentive from the start. He has a 10/10 personality and is an extremely hard worker with an A+ attitude.
