Love my climate first bank checkings and savings accounts. The platform for digital banking is easy to use and the customer service is quick and helpful. My savings AND checking accounts both earn much more interest than our former bank at WF, and our money is being invested into projects that are making the world a better place. Very disappointing. When I heard about Climate First Bank, I thought I had found my dream bank. I love what they stand for and their rates are exceptional. I've tried twice now to open an account online but have been unable to do so because they cannot confirm my identity. I have followed up repeatedly by calling customer service and have never gotten through - "we are experiencing a high call volume." I've sent emails and left messages on their customer service recording to no avail. I'm sure my experience would be complet... read more

Climate First Bank has exceeded my expectations across the board. The transition from my prior to bank to this one was seamless. The customer service has been exceptional and the staff were both knowledgeable and kind. The rates are some of the highest in the country, and it feels really good knowing that my money is aligned with my values around sustainability and community economic development.

This is a real deal banking organization that is committed to making an environmental difference in contrast to our current political climate. The staff is very customer oriented, the rates are astounding and the services they offer are excellent. What else could you ask for? I wish all businesses had this vision.
