Climate First Bank has exceeded my expectations across the board. The transition from my prior to bank to this one was seamless. The customer service has been exceptional and the staff were both knowledgeable and kind. The rates are some of the highest in the country, and it feels really good knowing that my money is aligned with my values around sustainability and community economic development.
More kudos to Kyle Knapp at the Mount Dora branch of Climate First Bank who has helped me in so many ways: At my request, Kyle assisted me to discover important documented information regarding Climate First Bank's credit file and Weiss rating so I could thoroughly evaluate whether or not I wanted to invest in CDs with the Bank. I have been banking with them for a couple of months and Nick B. has been outstanding with helping me understand all the amenities and rules with the different accounts offered here.
