Love my climate first bank checkings and savings accounts. The platform for digital banking is easy to use and the customer service is quick and helpful. My savings AND checking accounts both earn much more interest than our former bank at WF, and our money is being invested into projects that are making the world a better place. Climate First Bank has exceeded my expectations across the board. The transition from my prior to bank to this one was seamless. The customer service has been exceptional and the staff were both knowledgeable and kind. The rates are some of the highest in the country, and it feels really good knowing that my money is aligned with my values around sustainability and community economic development.
I have been customer for last 2 years - Climate First Bank provides industry leasing interest rates especially on their no penalty CD. Renewal process should be fully automated digitally especially when adding or withdrawing funds at the time of renewal.
