Very disappointing. When I heard about Climate First Bank, I thought I had found my dream bank. I love what they stand for and their rates are exceptional. I've tried twice now to open an account online but have been unable to do so because they cannot confirm my identity. I have followed up repeatedly by calling customer service and have never gotten through - "we are experiencing a high call volume." Love my climate first bank checkings and savings accounts. The platform for digital banking is easy to use and the customer service is quick and helpful. This is a real deal banking organization that is committed to making an environmental difference in contrast to our current political climate. The staff is very customer oriented, the rates are astounding and the services they offer are excellent. What else could you ask for? I wish all businesses had this vision.
Just started with Climate they had a very popular CD rate. Trying to setup and account I would say was a challenge. I am still trying to get connect to my Quicken account but they don't worjk the same way as my other accounts do. I qm still awaiting how to get this done.
