I dealt with David Matthews at Coach Specialists of Texas (Mansfield location) when a company vehicle was involved in an accident. He was great to deal with; he stayed in touch with me and gave me weekly updates on where we were with the whole claim process. I would definitely use them again and recommend them anyone. Coach Specialist is an excellent place for motorhome repairs. Matt Brem is an excellent account representative. Our coach was at Coach Specialist for over 5 months. We were updated every week as what was happening. We did not know where to take our coach for collision damage. We were extremely happy with the results. I would recommend this company to anyone needing body damage repairs.
I gave Matt and all the team at Coach Specialists 5 stars only because 10 stars was not an option. Matt handled everything! On time and on quoted price. That can be rare in today’s RV world. Coach Specialists have a singular focus, repairing RVs, and they are equipped to do it all. A true one stop facility. Thank you Matt!

I used Coach Specialists due to the reviews and there ability to start work on the repair sooner than later. I hit a stone mailbox with my motor home (accidents happen). Andy was my service advisor and he was very good in his communication about what needed to be done. They do great follow up and go out of their way to make you happy.
