Coach Specialists were amazing from the initial phone call of repair all the way to delivery! Mike Walker kept me in the loop every step of the way! They actually found a way to save me money which was extremely surprising and appreciated! I will send everyone I know with a motorhome to see Mike and want other repairs I will need I will definitely be giving Mike and Coach Specialists a call.
All issues fully resolved with quality work. And, as some parts were no longer available, Coach Specialist fabricated the items. Way above and beyond. One of the aspects I appreciated the most was the frequent communication from Jeremy, my service rep. I didn't need to call to find out what was happening as Jeremy kept me fully informed.
Matt was great to work with. He updated me as progress was made and job was done within timeframe that was initially discussed. Had all furniture reupholstered and turn out really nice. Very pleased with the outcome and will recommend Coach Specialists in Mansfield.
I dealt with David Matthews at Coach Specialists of Texas (Mansfield location) when a company vehicle was involved in an accident. He was great to deal with; he stayed in touch with me and gave me weekly updates on where we were with the whole claim process. I would definitely use them again and recommend them anyone. Repairs and replacement of damage to 5th wheel from tire blowout. Timely and looks great. Jason kept me updated throughout the entire process. Cleaned and tires shined when I picked it up. Great business and customer service.
