My experience was excellent, my hearing aid broke on the day I had an important event, and my hearing professional was not able to fit me into their schedule until the following day. I contacted Coastal Audiology Center and they fit me in the same day and provided loaner hearing aids for me to use at my event at no charge. Very professional, and caring. They know their profession very well providing a hearing test and thoroughly explaining the results. Also, they allowed me to take a hearing aid and use it for several days.
After a two year absence, I was greeted as an old friend. My hearing test was professionally done. I was then escorted to a comfortable follow-up procedure room. My hearing aids were cleaned, tuned and I was sent on my way. Just the way I like it. Perfect.
Chris is extremely knowledgeable and personable and accommodating while helping with my extended Lyric hearing aids. I am so Happy with the results. Hearing again has made my life more vibrant.
Had to find a new audiologist/hearing-aid center after moving into the area. After a couple of false starts with services that were only interested in selling new hearing aids I found Coastal Audiology. I found them friendly, but professional. More importantly they are willing to work with you to solve your problem, not to increase their sales. Found a new home.
