This story is straight out of grammar school. My puppy ate my hearing aids! Seriously! My heart dropped when I saw that my charger had been knocked over and the aids were nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, I found pieces of them as I searched around the floor. I contacted Amanda and she explained the loss, damage and replacement program. She also set me up with an appointment with Heather. Coastal Audiology provides excellent service, including testing and diagnosis, recommending hearing devices that are well-suited for the individual, and trouble-shooting any issues with fit or function. I worked with Heather in the Escondido office, who is a good educator as well as skilled audiologist, and Amanda, who runs the office with efficiency and grace. They provide a great service to our community!
