Great customer service. Heather is always help full in reprograming my hearing aids with my phone and setting up my future appointments. A++. I had the wrong date for my last appointment and she still squeezed me in for a cleaning. It saved me traveling back to the office the next week.

The representative was very knowledgeable and knew what she was talking about and she was interested in what I had to say and how I felt. I was very impressed. However, more information on post care and an emergency number would have been extremely helpful, due to the fact that the offices are closed on the weekends.

This story is straight out of grammar school. My puppy ate my hearing aids! Seriously! My heart dropped when I saw that my charger had been knocked over and the aids were nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, I found pieces of them as I searched around the floor. I contacted Amanda and she explained the loss, damage and replacement program. She also set me up with an appointment with Heather. Coastal Audiology did a great job in testing my hearing, explaining my results and offering options. I felt valued and never felt rushed. Heather spent a lot of time answering my questions and discussing possible solutions.

Coastal Audiology provides excellent service, including testing and diagnosis, recommending hearing devices that are well-suited for the individual, and trouble-shooting any issues with fit or function. I worked with Heather in the Escondido office, who is a good educator as well as skilled audiologist, and Amanda, who runs the office with efficiency and grace. They provide a great service to our community!
