I’m leaving this review on behalf of my father, whom the appointment was for. Calling to ask a few questions and book the appointment was easy. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted, and Heather took her time to explain the process and understand our goals and expectations. Coastal Audiology provides excellent service, including testing and diagnosis, recommending hearing devices that are well-suited for the individual, and trouble-shooting any issues with fit or function. I worked with Heather in the Escondido office, who is a good educator as well as skilled audiologist, and Amanda, who runs the office with efficiency and grace. They provide a great service to our community!
Met with Chris, for an initial consultation and hearing test. I have been experiencing constant ringing in my right ear, which has been quite concerning. It’s a new experience for me, so was really hoping to gain clarity & additional information. Chris was extremely informative and the test covered more aspects that I had initially expected.
