This story is straight out of grammar school. My puppy ate my hearing aids! Seriously! My heart dropped when I saw that my charger had been knocked over and the aids were nowhere to be found. Unfortunately, I found pieces of them as I searched around the floor. I contacted Amanda and she explained the loss, damage and replacement program. Great customer service. Heather is always help full in reprograming m hearing aids with my phone and setting up my future appointments. A++.
I’m leaving this review on behalf of my father, whom the appointment was for. Calling to ask a few questions and book the appointment was easy. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted, and Heather took her time to explain the process and understand our goals and expectations. Coastal Audiology provides excellent service, including testing and diagnosis, recommending hearing devices that are well-suited for the individual, and trouble-shooting any issues with fit or function. I worked with Heather in the Escondido office, who is a good educator as well as skilled audiologist, and Amanda, who runs the office with efficiency and grace. They provide a great service to our community!
Heather is a great provider who is knowledgeable and understanding to my hearing impairment. Overall, this clinic is a nice place and have a good service.
