Code Blue Plumbing came to repair a bathroom toilet, just two days before a large gathering at my home for Thanksgiving dinner. A repairman came the same morning that I called. He was thorough, careful, polite and reasonably priced. The young man took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and patiently and we discussed future work that I needed to schedule. Our realtor recommended Code Blue Plumbing for our recent home purchase inspection. The house was initially built in 1969, so it was essential to inspect the sewage line using a camera. Code Blue Plumbing provided a scope of the sewer line for a home inspection. There was a bit of confusion and I was not completely comfortable, nor did I understand the results. I sent an email requesting a manager call to discuss my concerns. WELL...Bernadette returned my call to address my questions. What an education I received about sewer scoping. We had a VERY SLOW drain on our master bath shower. We had one plumber come out but he couldn't get to the drain because the drain cover appeared to be grouted into the floor. We called Code Blue and they came out the next day, exactly at the time they said they'd be here. Joe and Angel were able to fix the problem without damaging the floor. Code Blue scheduled us ASAP, and the communication was excellent as the tech approached our scheduled visit. Orlando was on time and also communicated clearly throughout the visit. We discussed possible repair options, and signs to watch for following the service call. No high-pressure sale pitch. Great service! We will call again as issues arise in the future!
