My experience with Coldwell Banker agents when they sold my home in Green Valley was very unpleasant throughout the process. I found both the Realtor and her assistant rude, condesending, and more, and I can not recommend to anyone based on my personal experience
Really terrible experience with their agent, Laurel Caprio. At first, she seemed knowledgeable and fine. I was trying to be nice, so as a purchaser I dealt directly with her, who was the selling and listing agent for the property. I thought why use my own realtor and cut her commission in half. I was trying to be nice and thought I would get great service doing things this way. After most of the documents were signed, all of a sudden she told me she fell and hurt herself.
