Lisa,Rachel and Jose are some of the best bankers I have experienced in my 50 plus years of banking experience. They REALLY know what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. I have been banking with Colonial for over25 years now, and recommend Colonial and especially this branch if you want EXCELLENT customer service that goes way 'above and beyond'..

I have been with Colonial Savings for over 40 years. I use the Lewisville branch now and have for over 20 years. I've never had a problem & love the tellers who work there. They're always friendly and know me by name. I'll be with Colonial Savings till I'm not here to go to the drive thru.

My family has banked with Colonial since the '70s. You are a member of the family here. The mammoth banks cannot compete with Colonial's personalized service. They ALWAYS make sure they know you and your specific needs. I will never switch. Highly recommend!!

I am recovering from major surgery following a cancer diagnosis. During the stressful period of diagnosis and surgery, I made two late mortgage payments. These are the ONLY late payments I've made during the 13 years to date of my loan. Colonial Banking waives a late fee once every 12 months. Therefore, over 13 years, I was permitted 13 late payments. Colonial is the BEST banking experience I have ever had. Any staff I come in contact with is very helpful, always personal. They closed their Cleburne location and I travel all the way to Fort Worth to remain with Colonial. They go out of their way to make that easy too.
