The movers worked in sync, were very respectful of the house, and didn’t leave a single scuff mark behind. My antiques and electronics were all delivered in perfect condition. Highly Recommended!
Both houses had items left behind that were clearly I dictated to be included in the move. After items were stored for one month with them, the date of delivery that was promised to me by the sales associate was not honored and I had to move I to a house with nothing for two days before they showed up for delivery of my items. At the beginning of the process, in trying to get both of my houses for their business, lots of promises were made. Would not recommend.
They were very careful with everything and even fixed something for me real quick. The price was great compared to many other movers amazing moving experience. professional, courteous, and most importantly careful.
This might be one of the worst experiences I've ever had working with a company. The guys they contracted to do the actual work were fantastic. But the company themselves? Holy hell, stay far, far away from them! They told me they could deliver to my cul-de-sac, but 45 mins before delivery, they switched up and told me they can't and that I have to run out and get $400 in cash right away so they could use a smaller truck to deliver my stuff (while I was working from home) or they would drive off with my stuff and I wouldn't ... read more
They managed to schedule me quickly and sent a team that handled everything with care. The movers were respectful, uniformed, and very careful with our things.
