Terrible customer service. I show up for a confirmed appointment made a year ago and the office is closed. I spoke to an operator and she tells me the office is closed and they are restructuring aka going out of business. Cancel your appointments and find a new dermatologist.

Imagine you are a woman who realizes that she's losing her hair!!! Dejected, scared, low self confidence. Now Imagine FINALLY locating the Bell Works location in NJ where there are 4 different doors to enter & it's not just a building it's gargantuan. The only warm or caring came from the receptionist. The dermatologist, after 3 months, has STILL not contacted me nor called in a prescription nor given me any plan of action. I continue to lose my damn hair. Sad.
