Imagine you are a woman who realizes that she's losing her hair!!! Dejected, scared, low self confidence. Now Imagine FINALLY locating the Bell Works location in NJ where there are 4 different doors to enter & it's not just a building it's gargantuan. The only warm or caring came from the receptionist. The dermatologist, after 3 months, has STILL not contacted me nor called in a prescription nor given me any plan of action. I continue to lose my damn hair. Sad.
Dominic was honest with the diagnosis. He told me what I should do. He was not going to do a procedure that was not going to fix my issue. I was disappointed but at least I know what I need to do if I choose to go that route.
I happened to pass by this office while at work. I am so happy I did. Devin was caring, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable. I have recommend to everyone at work to check out the office and make an appointment.
Dominic is very patient and friendly, and his knowledge really shows. He took the time to explain everything clearly.
My first visit to a dermatologist- it was easy to set up an appointment, the location was convenient, Dom explained everything as he treated me, I was in and out in no time with very positive results.
