The treatment they prescribed made my condition worse. I just received an email that my important follow up visit was canceled out of no where. A phone call would have been nice so I could reschedule. I almost called in to make another appointment but I’m going to take it as a sign to stay clear from this place and go elsewhere.

Both my husband and I have had wonderful experiences with Sarah Schmidt and the staff at this location. She is a great doctor and everyone here is very kind and professional. What I am not a fan of is the scheduling system Connolly Dermatology uses as it is impossible to get a hold of an actual person. I worked in healthcare for almost a decade and spent a lot of time behind the reception desk. I know it is a tedious and annoying job, but it is also important. The office and restroom are very clean. The front girl receptionist is pleasant and helpful. The dr looked at my problem and called in an ointment for me to try. I felt she was concerened. She had a student with her and asked my permission if that was ok. The parking lot was available out front. The only negative was I waited to be called back to the exam room about a half hour after my scheduled appointment.

My experience was 100% positive. Chris removed a Pilar cyst in recod time and got all of it out. Previous removals three times in fact from a different surgeon in Dover, Del did not get the entire cyst any time which caused it to return. Chris took less than 10.minutrs and extracted the culprit and said no more growing back. Thank you Chris.

Love and trust Jen and staff... very knowledgable and caring. Been a patient for many years. Office very efficient and never a wait.
