The people who answered the phone were completely disgraceful, not to mention, disrespectful to me. Extremely immature. They spoke to me like I was a complete idiot. This employee could not answer my questions with tact, nor sensible facts. She just gave me lip service, which was so Transparent to me, because I have medical knowledge as a provider myself. and I love the fact that when I called back to get results on paper, she said “by-eeee” and slammed the phone receiver down. Juliann Gee is the best. She is caring, thoughtful, and interested in her patients. She made me feel very comfortable and explained each step of the way what the next procedure was going to be. Connolly Dermatology is lucky to have her in their practice. She is, by far, the best.

My sister came in to have a suspicious looking mole looked at. Victoria, PA agreed it looked atypical and removed it to send to pathology. Her appointment was July 21st, she never was called after that with results, she of course received her bill though. I finally made her call on August 21st, a FULL MONTH later to ask about results. The nurse called her back the next day, August 22nd to say the results were “moderate to severe atypical” and she should follow up with a plastic surgeon….. I recently had my first visit to Dr. Gee, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! I went in worried about a mole that had been changing colors and looked a bit inflamed. After she examined it, she suggested removing it, and I was totally on board. Honestly, I didn’t even feel the needle! The entire process only took about 30 minutes, which was super impressive. I'm really looking forward to coming back in six weeks for a full body check. If you're looking for a great practice, I highly recommend them!

As a new patient, we had a very positive experience. It was easy to get an appointment without a long wait and at the time of day preferred. The office staff was pleasant and professional. I saw some unfavorable reviews and I was honestly a little concerned but my experience couldn't have been better. The treatment options were discussed in very easy to understand terms and I have confidence in the provider and decided course of action.
