This is the worst company ever!!!!!. I'm just leaving the Wall New Jersey location for the second time in a month! The first time was June 4th when I arrived and the doors were closed and locked, and with nobody there.. I think it's great that they use AI to make themselves sophisticated , but when AI books you at a location where there's nobody at, I think there's something to be said for them having no regard for any customer service or respect for people's time! It was my first visit to this Connelly office as I had moved to Tom’s River from Waretown. My first visit was amazing and the staff was nothing but amazing and helpful. I was seen by Debbie and she explained everything and checked my whole body and she made me feel very uncomfortable and she’s also super nice!

I saw Deborah Pontoriero in the Toms River office. Initially I thought she was good despite seeming a bit frantic during the appointment (felt like she was rushing). Saw her again for a follow up which was fine. I recently had an issue and needed to speak to my provider. I contacted the office three times (over the span of 3 days). I spoke with the nurse, left a message and spoke to a receptionist. Staff was very professional and personable. Nurse Practitioner, Debbie was excellent. She explained everything in detail and made me feel comfortable. Excellent bedside manner. Procedure was painless. Highly recommend

Debbie is Great! Very informative, caring and answers all questions! She’s makes going to the dermatologist a breeze!! Her assistant is great too!
