I saw Cherie Sloan and she was awesome! She was very gentle & kind and listened to all of my concerns. The staff were all very nice too! Definitely would recommend this practice to others
My appointment was cancelled twice last minute (two different locations). I don't appreciate the online booking system letting me book an appointment, confirming through e-mail and text about 10 times, making me fill out all my check-in information, only to get a voicemail at the last minute cancelling my appointment at the last minute without an explanation. The entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. Customer service is fantastic. I stopped in the office to ask questions before making the appointment and my concerns were addressed and eased. During my appointment, the staff explained the process and proceeded with a fast and pain free solution to my problem. They are extremely professional and I would recommend this company to anyone who wants the best. Thank you Connolly, I will see you all very soon
Dr. Naoana Victor is the best. She made me feel immediately at ease after neglecting my annual skin checks for years. She was thorough, patient, and very informative. She quickly addressed areas of concern and we set a baseline for future visits. She gave me recommendations about SPF and skin care- a total girls girl! Very pleased with my visit and considering her a member of my health care team!
The staff were polite and very helpful, we were treated with respect and the appointment was for my 10 year old and she was made to feel comfortable, all our questions and concerns were answered. Dr. Connolly was especially thoughtful of my daughter's feelings and fears.
