I had a new patient appointment scheduled and received a text message the day before advising my appointment was being cancelled "due to unforeseen scheduling changes". I rescheduled the appointment for today and just received another text message advising this appointment is also being cancelled for the same reason. The AI phone system they use is "unable to assist" and you cannot get through to an actual employee of this practice no matter what option you choose.

For the second time in two weeks I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and due to staffing shortages the office is closed and I was never contacted by anyone to alert me and to reschedule. Of course the scheduling is automated and you can never reach a human. I will be looking for a new Dermatologist.

I had a great experience with Dr. Nikita. They were professional, attentive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The staff was friendly, and the office was clean and well-organized. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring dermatologist.

My first time at this practice. The staff were pleasant; information was collected prior to my visit so check-in at the office was super-fast. Wait time to be called back was non-existent. The doctor took time to listen to my concerns and respond accordingly. I did not feel rushed or disregarded. I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone!

The Staff as well as The Doctor was extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional. There was bare minimum waiting time and the office was very clean. The Staff as well as The Doctor made The Patient feel very comfortable, relaxed, very important, and made the patient feel like his or her needs, wants, or questions mattered. EVERYTHING about this experience was GREAT!!!
