Kierstin really takes the time to get to know you as a patient, never makes you feel rushed, and values your input. She clearly loves her job and has the expertise to suggest the best care. She always explains why she is suggesting different treatment options and potential side effects to help you make an informed decision together. Staff are always kind and communicative. I really appreciated that they kept me updated when they were running a little behind. Facilities are always clean and welcoming. Love coming here!

I've had two appointments cancelled on me by this medical practice with a total lack of effort to reschedule. Your health could be on the line, you could be paying out the nose for coverage, but these professionals cannot keep a simple date... On top of that, you call to reschedule a third time and there's no way to speak to a person. Your mortality is met with a robot. What makes it all the more obnoxious is that the robot you're speaking with has some kind of ambient room sound happening in the background to mimic the soun... read more

Do yourself a giant favor and do not go here. I had one simple skin screening visit and have already received 3 different bills, everything is pieced out, one which has incorrect insurance info on it. Attempts to call their billing dept go to voicemail or the call center and robots are impersonating receptionists. I made a terrible mistake using them.

They were very in tune to my needs did their best to try to fix the issue now waiting on results of the biopsy
