Wonderful Experience! Everyone from the front desk, to the assistant, and the doctor were so pleasant and professional and expedient. They checked on things that I had forgotten about, took care of a few issues at hand and provided me with pertinent information to watch for. I felt I was in extremely competent hands all the while being treated like an old friend. Thank you Ann Smith
I saw Dr. Maffei and she was wonderful and intelligent. She was so quick to come up with a treatment and a diagnosis, and it showed her education. She was also friendly which made for a pleasant experience. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.
The actual appointment interaction was a positive, professional experience. My appointment was for 10:00am. I was promptly brought into an examination room, given instructions and was told it would be a few moments. It was actually 30 minutes before the exam started. Please don’t leave a patient in a room for that long with no explanation. My time is as important as yours.
It was nice to have an on time appointment. And Dr Alyssa is always so pleasant and explains everything a d makes her patients comfortable
Jody Hahn in the Forked River office is excellent! She listens, cares, and knows her stuff. I saw her after having the exact opposite experience with my primary Dr, and she completely solved my problem. I see her for regular skin checks and have always found her to be thorough and consultative. I HIGHLY recommend her!
